Descriptions below are taken from the internet.

Barracuda Grill
Those of you who have been to Bermuda before may remember this restaurant as the
Fisherman’s Reef. In 2002, after a major redesign it reopened as the Barracuda Grill, and
then won Best New Restaurant in the Best of Bermuda Awards. This seafood restaurant
has an upmarket contemporary look with numerous booths separated by etched glass
partitions. Before dinner, patrons can enjoy a range of interesting cocktails such as the
Bermuda Bellini at one of the most innovative bars in Hamilton. It has an amber coloured
resin top, lit from beneath to provide an ambient glow. A good selection of around 20
wines is also available by the glass. Generous portions of seafood, such as Steamed
Atlantic Salmon and Citrus Crusted Scallops and Prawns in a menu designed by
executive chef Derek Myers. Stray carnivores can choose from dishes such as Classic
Aged New York Strip and Honey-Walnut Glazed Pork Chop.

Harbour Front
The Harbourfront Restaurant is situated right on the harbour at Front Steet West,
Hamilton with a panoramic views of the Harbour, and the cruise ships which grace the
waters on a weekly basis. It offers the perfect setting for either a casual lunch or an
elegant dining experience. The varied menu features a selection of the freshest fish and
seafood and dry Aged Meats with a wonderful selection of specialty dishes created with
the utmost care and attention.

Broadway Bistro at La Coquille
A beautifully appointed waterside restaurant at the foot of Bermuda's Hamilton Harbour.
We look forward to welcoming you and sharing Chef Serge Bottelli's masterful
interpretations of the sunny cuisine of Southern France. La Coquille opened in 1997 and
is managed by Gioacchino Di Meglio. Fine dining is exactly what executive chef and
assistant manager, Serge Bottelli, desires. The menu and restaurant reflect the marine
theme – in keeping with the BUEI – and emphasizes French Provence dishes, a style
from southern France.

Bistro J
Tucked away in one of Hamilton's most enchanting and historical alleys, Bistro J offers a
unique, wholesome, and imaginative menu that changes daily. Served in a lively Bisto
setting, the daily specials will tweak your taste buds with fresh local seafood, the finest
European and American meats, homemade pastas and the best produce Bermuda has to
offer. The wine list is extensive and features all wines available by the glass. This
culinary jewel is a must for those wishing to enjoy modestly priced fine dining in a
vibrant atmosphere. Quite simply, the best place to eat and enjoy.

intimate restaurant is one of Bermuda's most popular spots for lunch or dinner. The
innovative award winning contemporary menu features fresh local fish, homemade pastas
and the best Bermuda produce - all at pleasantly modest prices. Experience a comfortable
casual atmosphere with professional service whilst you enjoy our signature dishes.
Combined with our extensive Wine Spectator award winning wine list featuring over 40
fabulous wines "by the glass", and you're sure to have a meal to remember. Dine inside or
on our al fresco harbour view terrace - either way you're sure to love the experience of
superb service and a masterful menu in an elegant setting.

Waterloo House

Named by Travel and Leisure Magazine as the "most sophisticated jewel of a small hotel
in Bermuda", Waterloo House is an elegant Manor house with surrounding cottages
dating back to 1815. Waterloo House is known around the world as one of Bermuda's
best restaurants and with its Executive Chef has won countless awards for cuisine both in
North America and Europe. Our restaurant was, for many years, under the skillful
counseling of internationally renowned chef Anton Mosimann from London. Mr.
Mosimann caters for British and foreign Royalty, celebrities and lovers of fine food from
all over the world. His healthy style of cooking called Cuisine Naturelle avoids the use of
fats and has become increasingly popular, along with the focus on health and fitness. His
legacy endures in the fine food at Waterloo House.

The Seahorse Grill at Elbow Beach Resort

With panoramic ocean views and the finest global flavors – The Seahorse Grill is one of
the most prestigious restaurants on the island. The menu is a fusion of global flavors
with a touch of Asian influence. A partially covered terrace offers al fresco dining under
the stars and beautiful, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Lido Restaurant at Elbow Beach Resort

Located on the beachfront terrace at the Elbow Beach Resort, with waves breaking just
below, you will find yourself in the most romantic of settings. Winner of multiple "Best
of Bermuda Gold Awards" the restaurant has one of the island's most innovative menus
with specials on a weekly basis using produce from the land and fish fresh from the local
deep sea waters.
