Amy Fitzpatrick, U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division
Ms. Fitzpatrick is a Trial Attorney in the Litigation I Section of the U.S. Department of
Justice’s Antitrust Division. The Section has responsibility for mergers and civil conduct
antitrust matters in the healthcare industry and a number of other industrial sectors. Ms.
Fitzpatrick has had substantial involvement in several of the Department’s healthcare and
other enforcement efforts since joining the Department in 2009.
Prior to joining the Department, Ms. Fitzpatrick was a litigation associate at Willkie Farr
& Gallagher LLP and at Howrey LLP. From 1996-1997, she served as law clerk to the
Honorable Thomas F. Hogan, United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Ms. Fitzpatrick received her law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the
College of William & Mary in 1996, where she was a member of the William & Mary
Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1988.
