NATIONAL DEVELOPERS BREAK GROUND ON GOLF COURSE
               COMMUNITY IN WILLIAMSON COUNTY

482 Homes and 18-Hole Public Championship Golf Course

Press Release – For Immediate Release

National development group, Eagle Ridge Investments, LLC, held a groundbreaking
ceremony today for the Stillwater Golf Course and the Mystic Ridge Subdivision in
Williamson County, Tennessee, which is located in the up and coming Arrington/Triune
corridor. The project will consist of 482 home sites and a public 18-hole daily fee
championship golf course.

The site is located on the former estate of country music superstar Tanya Tucker. The
magnificent 22,000 square foot Georgian Colonial plantation-style mansion situated at
the apex of the sprawling estate will be restored and expanded to serve as the clubhouse
and recreational facilities, maintaining commanding views of the entire community.

Present at the groundbreaking ceremony were various officials who believe the success of
the project will have a ripple effect on the local economy. With the recent downturn in
the national real estate marketplace, the infusion of new national investment dollars in the
area is an indication of resilience of the Williamson County marketplace and a sure sign
of more positive changes to come.

Of particular interest to the golf enthusiast, the project also brings a championship
designed public course to the Middle Tennessee area. Designed by the internationally
renowned golf course design team of von Hagge, Smelek and Baril, the 18-hole public
course is scheduled to open to the public in the third quarter of 2009. The von Hagge
team created the “Les Bordes Golf Club” in France, which recently received the
prestigious award of being rated the #1 rated golf course in all of Europe and the British
Isles, toppling the hallowed St. Andrews in Scotland from the top spot for the first time
ever.

J. Scott Scheel, a principal member of Eagle Ridge Investments said “This will be a
marquee project for the entire area. Our project offers the unique benefits of a
championship-caliber golf course community that does not currently exist in Middle
Tennessee. We are pleased to bring this project to Williamson County and to be a part of
the exciting changes happening in the Greater Nashville Area.”
