                    DECLARATION OF JACQUELINE M. HABERER

I, Jacqueline M. Haberer, declare:

       1.      I am a member of the Bars of the State of New York and the District of

Columbia, and an associate at the law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering. I submit this

declaration in support of the Memorandum of Rambus Inc. in Opposition to Complaint

Counsel's Motion for Default Judgment (the "Memorandum"), which is being filed

separately today.

       2.      Attached to this declaration are certain pages from the transcripts of the

depositions of Daniel Johnson, Jr., Joel Karp, Julie Smith, Allen W. Roberts, and Richard

Maurice Barth, portions of which are cited in the Memorandum. To the best of my

knowledge, information and belief, these pages are true and correct copies of pages from
the transcripts of the depositions of the above -listed individuals, taken in Micron

Technology, Inc. v. Rambus Inc., No. 00-792-RRM (D. Del.).

       3.     The attached transcript pages from the depositions of the above -listed

individuals are subject to the Protective Order in this matter, a copy of which is attached

hereto.

       4.     I declare under the penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
