27 February 1992, subject: Supply Depot Consolidation.
  B. DLA-D approval of DLA-L SSS, 6 March 1992, subject: Naming Convention
for Depots Consolidated under DLA.

II* Pursuant to cited authority and effective 16 March 1992, the distribution
functions identified by DMRD 902 of the Naval Supply Center Puget Sound, WA,
are realigned as a secondary Level Field Activity of the Defense Distribution
Region West (DDRW) as the Defense Distribution Depot Puget Sound, WA (DDPW).
The commander, DDPW, will report to the Ccomander, DDRW.

III. Administrative, security and logistical support will be provided by DDRH
or through Interservice Support Agreements.
