                                 Ben Andrews serves as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness LLC, specializing in

                                 represented national, regional and local Retailers in the acquisition of properties,
                                 as well as Owners and Landlords in both single site and portfolio disposition and
                                 leasing projects.

                                 Shake, Famous Dave’s BBQ, Epic Burger, Marbles: The Brain Store, Caribou
                                 Coffee, Westwood Financial and many more.

                                 With 10 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Ben joined Sperry Van Ness
                                 LLC in 2009, after working with SRS Real Estate Partners (The Staubach
                                 Company/Staubach Retail) from 2006 – 2009 and serving as Director of Real
                                 Estate with ACA Financial, LLC from 2004 – 2006. Ben is focused on servicing his
                                 existing clients, as well as sourcing and providing representation to new clients.
                                 His market expertise is both local and regional, giving his clients coverage in
                                 Downtown Chicago and all Illinois suburban retail markets.

                                 Ben has a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College (Hartford, CT), and lives in
                                 the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago with his wife, Nora.

                                 Scott R. Maesel serves as Executive Managing Director for Sperry Van Ness,

                                 17 years of industry experience, Maesel has secured more than 500 transactions

                                 Licensed in 1991, Maesel started his real estate career as a leasing agent with
                                 Glascott & Associates in Lincoln Park. While practicing real estate, he
                                 simultaneously began an entrepreneurial venture in the hospitality industry by
                                 owning a restaurant and bar in Lincoln Park for over five years. In 1998 he joined
                                 the boutique leasing firm Garrett Realty & Development, where he was director of
                                 retail sales and leasing. In 2002, Maesel co-founded the highly successful
                                 commercial division of Sussex & Reilly Real Estate.

                                 In 2007 Maesel evolved the commercial division of Sussex & Reilly to SR
                                 Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate firm servicing Chicago-land. In
                                 2008 Maesel merged his company with Sperry Van Ness, an International
                                 Investment Real Estate Company and quickly grew the company to 20 advisors,
                                 servicing all product types both locally and nationally.

                                 As a Chicago entrepreneur, Maesel’s business experience and market knowledge
                                 have led him to co-host a real estate radio talk show and numerous speaking
                                 engagements. Maesel’s leadership roles have included Chairman of Commercial
