Kevin Smith is Vice President & Chief Counsel, Labor for Time Warner Cable
Inc. Kevin and his staff are responsible for advising the Company on all labor,
employment and benefits compliance issues as well as the Company’s labor
relations.

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable in 2000, Kevin was Employment Counsel for
the Company’s former parent Time Warner Inc. and prior to that was a regional
trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board in New York, NY.

Time Warner Cable provides video, high-speed Internet, telephone and related
services to 14.7 million customers throughout the U.S. and is the second largest
cable provider in the country. Time Warner Cable employs more than 46,000
people in 28 states.
