defendants’ cross motion to dismiss the complaint (dkt. entry no. 9) is GRANTED; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff’s motion for entry of a preliminary injunction (dkt. entry no. 5) is DENIED AS MOOT; and IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that the complaint is DISMISSED; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, as no claims or defendants remain, the Clerk of the Court designate this action as CLOSED.
