The Court having held a continuation of the initial practice and procedure conference pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407(a) on February 14, 2008; and At the conference, the parties having requested additional time to continue with mediation; and The Court having granted that request, and having instructed the parties to provide a joint status report within two weeks of the February 14, 2008 conference; and The parties having provided their joint status report, in which they state that substantial progress has been made; and The parties further requesting an additional two weeks in which to work toward a final resolution; and Good cause having been shown; IT IS HEREBY on this 29th day of February, 2008 ORDERED that the parties’ request for an additional two weeks to continue mediation is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED that the Court will hold the continuation of the initial practice and procedure conference on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 10:00am in Courtroom 3A.
