Chefs Lisa Dupar, Grover Ramsey, Rafael Medina, & Jonathan Zimmer are proud to invite you into the
professional kitchens at Lisa Dupar Catering for seven fun & educational cooking classes. Your evening will
include a two-hour cooking demonstration, a recipe packet, complimentary beverages & a feast of all the food
prepared in class in our Redmond kitchen. Get behind the scenes of the professional culinary world & learn
from the best in the business. See you in the kitchen!

    Last Blast Summer Deck Party
   Tuesday, September 13, 6:30 - 8:30 pm. $65
   It’s still summer in Seattle so hold on to our late summer sunshine by throwing that last deck party!! Lisa will start
   you out with her favorite summer libation (this year); a Twisted Peach. While you’re sippin’ we’ll share our Thyme
   Crackers with Potted Shrimp & Artisan Chevre, Dungeness Crab & Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with lime crema, Flank
   Steak “sliders” with BLT aioli on Home Made Onion Rolls, Pink Grapefruit Tequila Slaw in polka dot “to go” cups. Coconut
   ice cream sandwich cookies will top off your summer celebration with friends. Bring your sunglasses. The sun is still

    Sip, Sniff, & Swirl “Sideways” Wine Evening
   Monday, September 26, 6:30 - 8:30 pm. $75
   We’re not drinking any #$%^&*# Merlot! Well, unless it’s French and VERY old preferably with Petrus on the label
   somewhere. Our resident wine expert, Jonathan Zimmer will share in the Pinot Frenzy from our dream cellar and engage
   much discussion of “overtones of Gouda” and all the other expletives you will come up with this evening of wine tasting, paring
   and general wine snobbery, oops, I mean enthusiasm! We will pour beautiful Pinot Noirs from the California Central Coast,
   Oregon, Burgundy, New Zealand and Australia. Chef Grover Ramsey will prepare his favorite parings with the pinots. Be
   ready to sip, sniff, swirl, taking wine notes and full bellies away at the end of the evening! ARE YOU CHEWING GUM???!!!

    Gone in 60 Seconds

   Tuesday, October 18, 6:30 – 8:30 pm $55
   You’ve just gotten home from work and the first question you’re bombarded with is, “What’s for dinner?” as you’re
   flying off to the next volleyball game. If you can’t twitch your nose and produce a four-course meal for your family
   like Samantha, then Lisa will give you a few speedy solutions. Start your class with a “Second wind” Espresso Martini.
   Take a minute to put together a Wedge o’ ice berg with jarred Point Reyes blue dressing & bacon crumbles, Tomato~ Fennel
   Soup with Bandon Grilled Cheddar Cheese Ciabata, Speedy Pork Chops with Spiced Pear Sauce, Greens in a flash of the pan,
   Pound Cake “Toast” with Dulce de leche ice cream & honey pecans. OK, you need a few things in your cupboard to pull
   off a speedy meal. So, we’ll give you a little power-shopping and power-prep list of things to do so you won’t get
   caught with your pans down!
 Chef Rafael Medina’s Mexican Fall Family Table
Wednesday, November 9, 6:30-8:30 pm $65
Add spice to your family’s post Thanksgiving weekend by surprising them with Chef Medina’s feast of flavors from
his Mexican table. “Raffa” will share his secret to the ultimate après T-day supper with Turkey Flautas & his mom’s
green tomatillo salsa. Start the evening with our house Pomerita (our famous pomegranate margarita) then learn to make his
melt in the mouth Butternut Squash Enchiladas with queso fresco & mascarpone. A little bowl of Pozole with pomegranate
seeds will add warmth to any fall evening & save room for his Cuatro Leches Flan and Guanajuato~style Hot Chocolate with
Ancho Pepper Cinnamon Biscotti.

 A Pomegranate Bistro Winter Dinner

Monday, November 28, 6:30-8:30 pm $65
Lisa will share her winter recipes from our sassy neighborhood bistro. Duplicate Pomegranate favorites for friends &
family this holiday season! We sure hope you enjoy the fruit ~ tis the season!! Start your holiday cheer with
Pomegranate Champagne Spritzers. Fire Bread “the home version” topped with Arugula, Pancetta & Truffle oil.
Grilled n’ Grits: a Southern treat of Grilled NY Strip & Grits, Winter Fruit Salad with Tangerine Pomegranate Drizzle,
Florida Key Lime Tart with Dried Cranberry Cookies. We’ll send you off with a recipe for 3~Citrus Pomegranate Preserves, a
perfect “Hostess Gift” from your pantry this season. Cheers!

            Payment is required at time of reservation.
            Classes are held at Lisa Dupar Catering at 18005 NE 68th Street, Suite A-150
            Redmond, WA.
            Classes are limited to 24 students. If a class is full, you may put your name on a
            waiting list.
            We regret we cannot offer a refund for a cancellation or transfer a reservation for
            class less than five days prior to the event. Classes may be cancelled due to lack of
            enrollment with full refund to the students.
