ORDER UPON FURTHER REVIEW of the file and record of this action, the Court finds that by Order [doc. 20] dated August 23, 2007, a case management conference was scheduled for October 23, 2007. Then, by Order [doc. 26] dated October 2, 2007, the Court granted Defendants’ motion to certify an interlocutory appeal. Defendants filed their Petition for Permission to Appeal Under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(B) with the Fifth Circuit on October 16, 2007. In the interest of judicial economy, the Court is of the opinion that all proceedings herein should be stayed until the Fifth Circuit has ruled upon Defendants’ Petition. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that all proceedings in this matter, including the case management conference, shall be stayed pending the Fifth Circuit’s ruling on Defendants’ appeal Petition.
