Live and Teach in Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a teacher/lecturer with a sense of adventure to teach English as a second language to
college students in Saudi Arabia. If you have ESL teaching experience, and English is your primary
language, we offer a tax-free compensation package that includes salary, transportation, high quality
living accommodations, a complete health care package, and paid vacation. You must be eligible for a
passport and be able to reside in Saudi Arabia for two 21 week teaching assignments in the academic
year 2010-2011. The first assignment begins in late September, 2010. We pay all travel expenses to
and from Saudi Arabia. There also will be significant opportunity for advancement in our organization
for both administrative and curriculum development positions.
ABOUT THE POSITION

A. The position entails teaching English as a foreign language to Saudi college students.
Q. How long is the commitment?
A. Teachers must commit to teach 2 consecutive 21 week sessions in a 12 month period, starting at the
end of September 2010.
Q. What are the qualifications?
A. You must have a bachelor’s degree and be a native speaker of English.
Q. What if I do not have all the qualifications?
A. If you have a degree, but lack EFL / ESL experience or certification, we may have a limited
number of positions available whereby you will be given the opportunity to gain the necessary
credentials to teach.

Q. What is it like living in Saudi Arabia
A. The urban centers are modern, beautiful cities with attractive housing, transportation and public
services. The climate is warm-to-hot. Westerners can live and dress in their normal way, but must be
sensitive to the modest customs of a Muslim culture. For example, dress must be modest in public.
The citizens are warm, welcoming and very used to Westerners living and working among them.
