No. 186), filed on September 20, 2007. Under the terms of the Order Setting Civil Trial Date ("Pretrial Order") (D.E. No. 76), the parties are to exchange expert witness summaries by September 24, 2007. Plaintiffs seek an additional 30 days to provide their expert witness report to Defendant Merrill Lynch because the Plaintiffs only recently received a response to their request for Production of Documents from the Defendant. Because the Plaintiffs have shown good cause for the extension and the extension will not delay trial, which is scheduled for the two week-period beginning on January 22, 2008, or affect discovery, which closes on November 8, 2007, it is: ORDERED and ADJUDGED that 1.
