Aicon Yachts Americas at Fort Lauderdale Boat Show

Milan, October 30th, 2008 – Aicon, Group from Messina which operates in the design,
construction and sale of yachts and luxury pleasure crafts, listed on the Star segment of
the Italian Stock Exchange will be present at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show from October
30th to November 2nd 2008.

This year, Aicon will be present with the Aicon 64 Fly, the yacht which has met great
international success, the Aicon 85 Fly, the fleet flagship and the 56 Fly, the first creation
of the Aicon shipyard. The Aicon Yachts vessels will be moored at dock F/G-Slip 29/31.

Prior to the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show Aicon Yachts will participate at the “Yachts After
Dark” event, the extraordinary opening of the boat show planned for the evening of
October 31st organized with the cooperation of the Show Management and the Italian
Trade Commission. The event will give guests and visitors the possibility to admire our
yachts after closing hours. On this occasion, Aicon extends an invitation to celebrate
Halloween at its stand with “It’s Halloween Wine and Witches on Board”.

The Aicon 56 Fly motor yacht, with its elegant lines and high-performance hull, stands out
for its beautiful interior design and for the extreme comfort and luxury aboard. Indeed, the
design has received international recognition: the Aicon 56 Fly was awarded with the
prestigious European Yachts Trophy at Cannes in 2002, a year after its launch in Genoa,
as the best flying bridge yacht in the 40-60 foot category.
Sporty and elegant with clean lines and stylish details, the Aicon 64 Fly is designed to offer
the owner and guests a truly relaxing luxury yachting experience. A harmonious layout that
beautifully balances the interior and external spaces, adds to the feeling of space. The
yacht has a fully equipped flybridge as well as a spacious saloon, dinette, galley equipped
to satisfy any culinary need and three elegant individual cabins; all areas are designed to
allow those aboard to experience the full pleasure of navigation. Unique stylish details

Aicon 64 Fly to a new level of luxury style.
The flagship Aicon 85 Fly has a sporty and elegant design, essential flowing lines and a
unique style. Both the interior and exterior designs are studied to make the most of the
space and to guarantee total luxury and comfort aboard. There is a spacious flying bridge
with outstanding views, a saloon, dinette and a fully equipped galley as well as four luxury
cabins to truly enjoy life at sea. The latest technology combined with attention to detail,
such as large opening portholes, rich finishing materials and top-quality craftsmanship
make the Aicon 85 Fly truly unique.

Aicon Yachts Americas, controlled by Aicon SpA, from this year directly manages the sale
of the Aicon Yachts branded boats in the US market. The transfer of the Aicon Yachts
Americas headquarters from Fort Lauderdale to the more centrally located Miami Beach
will allow for better management of U.S. sales as well as those of Central and South
America.
