Overview Christmas 2009 & 2010 Calendar Campaign
This year our Christmas message to our customers is to remind them how important it
is to send printed Christmas Cards instead of e-cards. The impact it has on clients
when receiving something in the mail compared to their inbox show the true value of
the relationship. Don’t let your customer’s messages get lost in Spam.
We’re also kicking off the 2010 Calendar Campaign with our new 2 sided tent
calendar option. You can customised set templates for your clients, emphasising how
easy it is to send out personalised calendars.

In Centre Christmas card printing
This year, we’ll make all Christmas card artwork available to all Centres for in-Centre
digital printing. To obtain the artwork you will need to accept our terms and
conditions regarding donation of 10 cents per card to Camp Quality. You will need to
complete a spreadsheet indicating the number of cards you’ve printed and forward to
Marketing by 15th of January 2010. We’ll then raise an invoice to you for the donation
proceeds, collate them all and pass them to Camp Quality.
We are providing artwork for Worldwide exclusive designs on trust – they should
only be printed by CPD, digital hub or a WWOP Centre
Envelopes can be ordered via resources@worldwide from production from 30th of
September.

Production of Christmas cards in the hubs
Digital as well as offset Christmas cards will be supplied with an envelope per card.
All orders will be shrink-wrapped. Due to the different sizes of Christmas card that
are being offered this year no Christmas card boxes will be produced this year.
Freight is included as per normal terms to one delivery point. Urgent orders will incur
additional freight charges.
Generally, please allow for 7 days for CPD sourced cards. However, production will
send out a further announcement which will detail Christmas card cut offs and
delivery dates including digital.
From September 7th, you’ll be able to order Christmas cards through OPM2.
How does it work?
1. Use OPM2 to set up the artwork and greetings for your clients and process your
orders conveniently to CPD.
2. You’re also able to order your cards via CMS with your own artwork of Christmas
cards or amended artwork of the Christmas Card Charity Range (e.g. your client’s
logo on the front of the card)
NOTE: Most offset and digital cards are suitable for writing on the inside with
ballpoint pen only.
A small selection of samples is going to be made available by production. Further
information will be provided to you by the production team directly.
Non Standard Christmas Cards
If your customer requires a non-standard card you can download a blank template
with the Camp Quality logo from the Marketing Centre. Once you have created your
non standard card you can load the hi-res artwork as a normal Christmas card job to
CMS. The attached listed prices and product information will still apply and part of
the proceeds from the sale will go to our charity. If you choose from the standard
Christmas card product list, the same prices will apply.

2009 Charity Partner
This year, Worldwide will again be supporting Camp Quality.
Camp Quality is a national not-for-profit group and delivers services to thousands of
children suffering from cancer and their families across Australia.
10 cents from each card sold will be donated to the group in January following
completion of the 2008 Christmas card campaign.
More information on Camp Quality can be found at www.campquality.org.au.
Please make sure all this information is passed onto all customer service staff and
graphic designers. If you have any further questions, please contact
marketing@worldwide.com.au.
Best regards
The Worldwide Marketing Team.
