Dear Modified Healey Enthusiast,

The Modified Austin Healey Registry (aka. Austin Healey Nasty Boys) is a fully sanctioned
affiliate club of the Austin Healey Club of America.

The Nasty Boys are a loose knit group of individuals, national and international, who enjoy
modified Healeys.

We are interested in all cars that say Healey on it that has other than Healey drive train, or
Healey drive train with tube chassis and/or other extensive suspension mods. No kit cars
or replicas.

Full membership is free, available to owners of, or those actively building, a modified
Healey. For those with an interest, looking for a car, etc., we will help and support you in
anyway we can, through the E-group, website, newsletter. The newsletter is available at
cost.

Knowing that there is a group of us around the world with a common interest of a LITTLE
FAS'I'ER than average Healey, and that FUN is the name of the game, hopefully we will be
seeing more modified cars at the various events.

The Registry expects to accomplish the following:

1. Registry member list to all members. (We now send updated list to all new members)

2. The Nasty Boys newsletter, “The Wheelspinner”, is published every two months.
Back issues are available at cost.

3. Car photos and modifications are posted on the website.
The E-group is a great source for instant technical help.

4. List of events that a modified owner would enjoy either driving or show events.

The enclosed questionnaire is the base of our Modified Registry. I would appreciate you
completing it and returning to me as soon as possible. I would ask you to get me a name,
phone number, and/or address of any modified Healey owner you may run across or hear
about. I will then personally contact them.

All suggestions and constructive criticism are more than welcome
