					                      HEALTHY LIVING TIPS FOR WOMEN


Many women have several roles at once, and this often makes them very busy until forgot to notice
her, especially about the health of the body. Therefore, they become vulnerable to various kinds of
disease. For that, check out a few simple tips to start living healthy.



Today, many women who have various roles of a housewife, career woman, and perhaps as part of
an organization. With a number of roles held by a woman, sometimes they get very busy and forget
to pay attention to yourself, especially about health. Though health is extremely important for a
woman because women are vulnerable to diseases that can cause mild to death such as breast
cancer. In addition, a woman prone to stress or depression affected. Very sad if what you've earned
today will go away just because of your health affected. Here are the things that is simple and easy
to start a healthy life :



1. HEALTHY DIET

By consuming fruits and vegetables as much as five or more servings per day as well as reduce
consumption of saturated fats, will help improve your health and the risk of cancer and other
chronic diseases will be protected from yourself. Make a balanced diet, consider the number and
type of food you consume.



2.WEIGHT CONTROL

People who suffer from overweight or obese have a greater risk to suffer from diseases such as
diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and stroke.



3. DO PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES.

Strongly recommended for adults to do physical activity every day of the week for at least 30
minutes. For physical activity, you only need a commitment. You can start physical activity slowly, do
not be enforced but should be routinely performed and, if necessary, you can perform different
physical activities for each day so as not to get bored easily. Pick a mild physical activity and fun, and
easy to do such as dancing, gardening, mowing the lawn, swimming, walking, or jogging.



4. NO SMOKING
Smoking is the cause of several disease factors such as cancer, lung disease, premature menopause,
infertility, and complications in pregnancy. A smoker has a greater risk for heart disease at a young
age. Cigarette smoke also need to beware because it will give bad effects on your health.



5. DO HEALTH EXAMINATION

We recommend that you perform regular health checks, at least once a year and depends on age,
disease history, lifestyle, and other necessary requirements. The recommended health checks
include blood pressure, cholesterol levels, blood sugar, pap smear and breast check. When the
problem can be found early, you can plan and obtain a better therapy. Health checks can help
protect your life.



6. DO THE RIGHT VACCINATION

Vaccination not only for small children, even adults need it especially for those who are on certain
health conditions. By vaccination you can protect yourself from a dangerous disease.



7. STRESS CONTROL

Doing interesting and fun activities for you, will help you in controlling stress at work and home, and
will maintain your physical and mental health.



8.Know yourself and your risk

Habits, work environment and home, and your lifestyle that will determine your risk level and
health. To be healthy you should try, knowing yourself, and know what is best for you.



9. Take care of yourself

Healthy does not just mean free from illness, but a lifestyle. Enough sleep, relaxing after working
hard or enjoying a hobby is very important to make yourself better. Keep a balance between work,
home affairs, and recreation. Give more attention to your health and make healthy life as part of
