Directed full-scale penetration effort into the Russian, CIS and surrounding markets (20 countries) of one of the world’s
largest computer reservation systems for airlines. The business involved getting an integrated data service connected to
remote countries giving travel agencies direct access to all major airlines, hotels and car rentals.
     Created a 5-year market development plan accepted by the CEO and Senior Management: including competitive
       market analysis, branding strategy and budget. Increased net segments (sales) over 200% from 1998 levels.
     Established a fully operational sales and support organization within the first (9) months.
     Initiated complex negotiations with the main Government controlled system for joint reservation distribution with
       revenue projections of $50M to Galileo.
