Our whole team will initially consist of around 50 members as our employee and staff.  The salaries will be fixed by our HRD head and his team.  The insurance of company will be done from National Insurance Company.  The Provident Fund is decided as per the government standards for our employees.  There will also be insurance and loans schemes for employees of our company.

will be incentives and bonus rewards given to our employees every year.  Various departmental and whole company functions and parties will be organized for better relations with the employees  Retirement schemes and benefits will be provided as per the government standards.  Every employee will be given internet and phone facility at their seats.  Free lunch will be provided in the company.

We feel our company will be success. As with new venture, certain risk exist:  Currently there is no such facility in the market.  Periodically market surveys would be required to maintain a good business.  Risk will be in the late stage when the number of consumers will increase as we will have to for more and more alliances with shopkeepers and courier service providers.  Shopkeepers and courier service providers must accept our service.
