Erin‟s influences are found far and wide, from playing classical music as a child, to listening to her Dad‟s jazz and folk records, to falling in love with the Bossa Nova. Says Erin, "I strive to write songs that will touch people on an emotional level and stand the test of time. As a songwriter, anything less than that, seems pretty pointless." Says Grammy Award Winning producer/engineer/ mixer Ron Saint Germain about Erin Hunt: "I have had the privilege of working with some truly amazing and talented female Artists in my 39+ years as a producer/engineer/mixer such as Aretha Frankin, Whitney Houston, Ashford & Simpson, Chaka Kahn, Diana Ross (to mention a few) and I can say, without hesitation, that ERIN HUNT has that SAME talent! I just mixed a single for her off her forthcoming album and I get the same chills that I have gotten on those hits I mixed for the aforementioned Divas. If you give a listen to her (self-penned) inspired song, “The Woman I Am” you will instantly hear what I am talking about. She isTHAT woman."
