To submit an ad, you need to. . .

    Complete the order form
    Submit all digital photos on a CD at +300 resolution.
    Normally, the hard copy of your photograph will be returned in early June. If you have reservations about submitting an original
     print photograph, consider having a copy made from a negative and submit the copy instead of the original.
    All print photographs must be on photography paper. We cannot accept a computer print of photograph printed on regular
     white bond paper.
    If you are submitting a print photograph, put the name of the student on the back of the photo(s), their advisory number, and
     advisor on the back of the print.
    Make sure all text is printed and please proofread.
    Put all advertisement material (ad form, picture, text) in an envelope addressed to “Yearbook – Senior Ad” and place in the drop
     box in the main office.
    THE DEADLINE FOR YEARBOOK ADS HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL FRIDAY, MARCH 13, 2009. Submit completed
     order form and payment to the Business Manager in the Main Office by Thursday, March 12, 2009. Payment must be in
     cash, credit card, or money order payable to Walter Payton College Prep Yearbook

    Electronically submitted, i.e., digital photos
         o Must be 300 resolution or higher or they will not work in the layout program.
         o Must be in jpeg or tiff format
         o Once you have copied your digital photos onto the CD, check to make sure the photo is the correct photo, that it is in
             focus, and that it is the correct resolution.
         o We will size digital photographs on the computer for you to make them fit the layout of the ad you select.
    Regular print photographs can also be submitted.
         o If you are submitting a regular print photograph, make sure to put the student’s name and advisory number on the back
             of each print so we know to whom we need to return the photograph in June.
         o Copies of regular print photographs are fine, but they must be on photography paper not regular white stationary.
         o Do NOT cut print photographs to “size” them to fit the ad you are purchasing. We will crop the photograph to fit
             and provide instructions to Herff Jones to properly format the photograph.
    Text. We will make every effort to fit the text you wish to appear in your ad. However, we reserve the right to edit txt for
     grammatical and/or punctuation errors. We also reserve the right to not print any message the school administration considers
     inappropriate language or in poor taste. If there is any question about the content of your ad’s message, we will call you.
    Submit completed order form and payment to the Business Manager in the Main Office by Thursday, March 12, 2009.
     Payment must be in cash, credit card, or money order payable to Walter Payton College Prep Yearbook.
