You and a guest can choose four to seven nights on a Carnival “Fun Ship”® at the low cost of $39.95 per person per night (port charges and government taxes not included). This certificate is valid for two adults to cruise on their choice of a 4 or 5 Night Cruise (double occupancy required). Accommodations are in an entry level cabin. Travel must take place September through February, and is subject to availability. 2. To be eligible for this offer, passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. United States travelers need a valid Passport and photo I.D. Resident aliens need a valid Passport and valid U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. The aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation. 3. Travel must commence by the expiration date. All reservation requirements in this cruise certificate must be met. A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process your reservation request. 4. Port charges, government taxes and applicable processing and service fees must be received immediately once your reservation has been made for your selected sailing date. Port charges and government taxes may vary according to cruise choice and will range from $127.95 to $178.43 per person. 5. Cruise line utilized on the 4- and 5-night cruises is Carnival. 6. Taxes, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included and are the responsibility of each traveler. Passenger departure tax, customs fee, immigration fees and other governmental taxes or charges that vary by itinerary are additional. 7. Transportation to and from your departure point and parking fees are the responsibility of the traveler. 8. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package. Do not leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation. All cruise arrangements mist be made through Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC and are booked according to the availability of Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC allotment of staterooms. Cabins for third and fourth persons, when available, must be purchased Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC at the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines. 9. Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control, that causes the cruise to become unavailable. Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC reserves the right to substitute the components of the offered vacation should circumstances so require. If this offer becomes unavailable, Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC has the option to substitute another travel incentive of equal or greater value. 10. Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC its agents, assignees or designees act independently of the cruise lines and not as agents or employees thereof, and will not assume responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the services provided by the cruise lines. 11.
