News on the matter Local governments in Bulgaria hampered by election related appeals An increasing number of local governments have been affected by the deluge of appeals filed against the results of the October 25th local elections and November 4th run-offs. Officials

ENEMO Final Report On 2007 Parliamentary Elections In Ukraine The European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO) fielded 400 short-term observers to monitor the 2007 early parliamentary elections in Ukraine on September 30, 2007. Obcianske Oko Slovak election expert expelled from Cuba In October, Cuban police arrested two foreign tourists in Cuba after they participated in a debate with a dissident group in Santa Clara.
