However the combined option will promote cluster development, localising access to the State Highway, which is favorable in comparison to current ribbon development potential. To that extent the submitter supports the Plan Change as their second preferred option. (3) The submitter notes that the section of SH 6 from Brady Creek to Wharf Creek is in the process of being declared a limited access road.
