Whether they realize it, Don & Mike are on your side if their career conceit of waging an unrelenting battle against incompetent program managers is authentic. If it's all bull shit, you're on your own, but, in the mean time, you are creating a product on their nickel The suits need to let their bet ride for 13 months, at least, plan of letting it ride for that time as if it was just money into a hole in the water. When I said that you need to cease being Peter Rosenberg, I mean you need to add the ability to cease being Peter Rosenberg when Peter Rosenberg is just getting in the way to your ability to be Rosy the Riveter when it's time to unload. Night Train, Home Rule and The Plan this conversation before and the communication between the two of them is pretty typical of what can happen between two people who respect themselves and recognize it in each other. The Franchise is not kidding about being The Mayor in his larger life. I've never met him, as far as I know, but I've been around community activists as part of my job with the Community Services Administration. He had a series during that period about something called The Plan by the black community. It is sometimes called The Kennedy Plan, but it has nothing to do with the Hyannis Port Kennedy's. It is a certain man and he had a plan not unlike Robert Moses in NYC to keep the darkies out of the white neighborhoods and to dis−enfranchise the black community systematically, in the case of DC, by attacking Home Rule. There is a black activist named Steve from Brown University, basically my generation, who explained some of the history behind it recently for me, but I watched the Plan put into operation by Joseph DeGenova, the US Attorney who set the persecution against Marion Barry in motion which ended up with the FBI employing entrapment because they couldn't catch him, Barry, in all the corruption they claimed he represented. There is a cabal within the FBI, people like G. Gordon Liddy, who like entrapment projects because it's easy to do and they get a lot of neat media and they aren't much good at anything else. It is important to remember that Barry inherited the DC government from Congress after 185 of white men running the city like a plantation. And they didn't want to lose that asset to some uppity nigger like Marion Barry. They wanted a tame house nigger to run things so that Tom Davis could help Duke Cunningham build his real estate portfolio. Or the contractors in Clarksburg ignore building codes. The Plan is very definitely a white Republican agenda and was put into motion by the people who came to town with Reagan and instantly took the racial polarization off the charts. The Democrats didn't know what was happening. They were getting pummeled by the Republican majority in the Senate and by Phil Gramm's emergence as a closet Republican during the Boll Weevil Congress from 1981 − 1983. Night Train, Home Rule and The Plan intents and purposes, Gramm was the Majority Leader of the House, only the "majority" he represented what has become the Zionist/Facist wing of the GOP and hi−jacked the Republican Party for venal purpose. And, of course, the Democrats have been inadvertently colluding with the Fascists when they adopted Gramm's Supply side economics as the legislative paradigm, replacing the stewardship model Washington et al. embedded in the commerce clause of the US Constitution with corporationism. Corporationism has been the collective paradigm of Congress since 1981 because the Democrats simply didn't know any better, and based on the intellectual product of the Democratic Leadership Counsel, still don't know any better. And the purpose of the Plan was to continue to run DC as the Last Plantation and money talks and Democrats walk. And that's why Joseph DeGenova was hired to put Marion Barry into jail. It took $30 million, 8 years, and the FBI's competence at entrapment to be able to claim "Mission Accomplished", but there is no denying the video of Night Train sucking down a little smoke for what he mistook as foreplay. It's a moment the Reagan Justice Department should be proud of. Currently, Joeseph DeGenova and his wife, Victoria Toensing, are on the forefront of the campaign to justify Bushie's leaking as a constitutionally sound practice. Along with Ken Starr and John Ashcroft, these 2 are classic examples of Fascist hacks shilling for the party line at the drop of a sound bite. The people who think that DeGenova and Toensing represent received wisdom embraced the Project for the New American Century on pretty much the same basis. It's all the same crap. I heard Karl Rove on a news program outlining the situation in regards to Iran. Karl Rove is the guy who gave us "Mission Accomplished" and he's now out selling to the troops the party line on Iran. You can't believe anything these people say. They've proven themselves to be liars, from term limits to yellow cake. All Rove is doing is agitating for elections by fear mongering as national security policy. We've been there, done that. Cheat me twice, shame on me. The Democrats have 25 years of shame on me on their collective resume. That's their only crime. But it's empowered American Fascism. Personally, I'm all for Iran having nukes. I'm a big fan of nukes. My dad was part of the order of battle for the invasion of Japan when they nuked the Japs. McArthur estimated that there would be a million casualties if we had gone in shooting. Most of them Japanese at a rate of at least 10 to 1. 100,000 American KIA/WIA/MIA. Instead, the butcher's bill was about 400,000 Japanese KIA and zero American anything. And in the calculus of human conflict, them's pretty small potatoes. And the American nuclear arsenal has made it possible to avoid maintaining a large standing army, like North Korea and China do, which translates to the All Volunteer Army instead of the draft. One of the reasons I live in DC is because I have no desire to survive a nuclear exchange. I have always hoped that I would get sufficient Night Train, Home Rule and The Plan 3

And nukes can cancel that sense of well being their little pencil dicks require to be erectile functional and the measure of all things in their stunted shriveled universe. There are a bunch of generals coming out against Rumsfeld. It would serve your purposes to ask Jim Moran to arrange for General Zinni to put his perspective out into your community. The military is not the problem with America and it is important to be able to filter this, the military role, out if what the anti−war movement thought it accomplished during the '60's is to have any true moral substance. Richard Cohen is flat wrong regarding the conduct of the military in any respects. He is just trying to re−direct the finger of accountability away from himself and his collusion with the Zionist/Fascist wing of the GOP in the stampede to Baghdad. Cohen is an example of the Oliver Stone version of Vietnam. And that's the truth. .
