Fine Herbs Inc. 2650 Howard Ave. Windsor, ON N8X 3W7 THE MARKETING PLAN What is a Distributor? A distributor is a person or registered company who purchases directly from Fine Herbs, at wholesale cost for their personal and /or resale purposes. Should the distributor decide to go a step further and sign up other distributors to create a downline they would then be eligible for further commissions on their group purchase volume (see details below). Please be aware that there are certain responsibilities attached to this commitment. It is expected that the distributor work along with their downline with the help of the "Nature's Wisdom" book that was part of their registration package. Becoming A Distributor To become a distributor of Fine Herbs Inc., fill out the enclosed Distributor Application. Distributors are required to pay $50.00 registration fee, which also includes "Nature's Wisdom", an extensive herbal guide. Registration can be done by phone and credit card if an immediate order needs to be placed. GUARANTEE - Fine Herbs has a 1 year guarantee to buy back all unopened product from any Personal distributor. Distributor pays for the shipping of all returned products. Personal Distributors They can: ▪ use the products themselves ▪ retail products to customers ▪ sign up other distributors under them to form a downline There are 2 distributor levels. Personal and Group Distributors Monthly Rebates are determined by your: Monthly Personal Volume or Monthly Personal Volume + Monthly Downline Volume (PGV) All purchases made by a distributor will be 22% off the Retail Price List unless a monthly special enables them to a further discount for specific products. A distributor will receive a rebate cheque for the percentage in which their PGV falls on the rebate chart minus the commission paid to their downline. A minimum personal purchase of $100 is required monthly to obtain a rebate cheque from your downline. When a distributor has a purchase volume of $1000 or more for two consecutive months, they are then classified as a Manager. At this point they break away from their upline if their upline is not Manager Status. Upline Managers will receive a 7% commission from their 1st level Managers, 5% commission from their 2nd level Managers and 3% commission on all further downline Managers. To remain a manager, a purchase volume of $1000 or more must be met each month. When a Manager's PGV exceeds $3000 they then qualify for the Executive Bonus Plan. (See next page) Rebate Chart $ 0 to 99 $ 100 to 249 $ 250 to 499 $ 500 to 749 $ 750 to 949 $ 950 to 1249 $ 1250 to 1999 $ 2000 or more 0% 5% 8% 10% 13% 16% 18% 20% Example: You $300 $1000 $500 $250 Distributor has a personal volume of A downline group volume: Total PGV Minus downline rebate amounts $ 300 $1000 $ 500 $ 250 $2050 at 20% = $410.00 $1000 at 16%= $ 500 at 10 %= $ 250 at 8%= - $ 160.00 - $ 50.00 -$ 20.00 -$ 230.00 Rebate amount for distributor is: $410.00- $ 230.00 = $180.00 Executive Bonus Plan Achievement Bonus: PGV of $3000 -$3999 will receive an additional 3% in herbal dollars. PGV of $4000 or more will receive 5% in herbal dollars. Example: PGV of $3000.00 will receive $90.00 of free Fine Herbs products in the next month purchase. Example: PGV of $4000.00 will receive $200.00 of free Fine Herbs products in the next month purchase.
