                         company owned by the Laguna Indian Pueblo. Laguna Construction
                         Company is principally in heavy environmental cleanup with annual
                         revenues in excess of $15 million dollars.
                      Organizer and Chairman – Endowment for Excellence in Education,
                        New Mexico. Funds an average of 55 students annually in
                        New Mexico Universities.
                      Member – Archdiocese Catholic Foundation – Albuquerque, New Mexico.
                      Associate – Manuel Lujan Insurance Agency.
                      Broker – New Mexico Real Estate Commission.
                      Owner – Manuel Lujan Associates – Consulting.
                      Commissioner – Presidential Scholars Commission – Appointed by
                        President George W. Bush.
                      Board of Managers – Inn of the Mountain Gods, a diversified company
                        owned by the Mescalero Apache Tribe consisting of Hotel, Casino,

General Information on Past and Present Activities:

Public Service Company of New Mexico: an electric and gas utility serving most of the State of
  New Mexico.
  Committees: Audit Committee and Corporate and Public Responsibilities Committee
Sodak Gaming, Inc.: distributors of equipment (video machines, chairs, signs, etc.) in all
  Indian Reservations in the United States.
  Committees: Member of Audit Committee and Human Resources Committee.
Bank 1st of Albuquerque: a bank serving the needs of small businesses.
Brule Industries: a division of the Lower Brule Indian Tribe in South Dakota consisting of a
  large farming operation, a construction company and distribution of a conditioner applied to
  roads, parking and airport runways to improve asphalt.
Laguna Construction Company: a division of the Laguna Pueblo engaged in environmental
  remediation and heavy construction.
Endowment for Excellence in Education: corporation I started while in Congress, a 501 (c)
  three (3) corporation to grant scholarships to residents of the First Congressional District. The
  endowment is now $500,000.00. Only the interest is paid out. Fifty-five (55) students now
  receive $500.00 per year for four (4) years.
Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation: the company provides $350,000.00 in scholarships to 150
  students nationwide. As members, we meet in Atlanta, Georgia to select the top fifty (50)

Archdiocese Catholic Foundation: was formed by the Archbishop of Santa Fe to raise an
  endowment for church activities. Only the interest is used and depends primarily on raising
  funds through wills, estates, etc.
Manuel Lujan Insurance Agency: started by Manuel Lujan, Sr. in 1926 in Santa Fe,
 New Mexico. In 1965, I established a separate agency by the same name in Albuquerque.
 Today it is one of the largest insurance agencies in New Mexico.
New Mexico Real Estate Commission: I hold a broker’s license primarily involved in
  brokering banks.
Manuel Lujan Associates: I consult on matters involving Federal agencies.
Valor Communications: one of the top twenty (20) largest telephone companies in America.
Presidential Scholars Commission: appointed by President George W. Bush to select the
  top 150 students in the nation for special recognition by the President.
