Booking will be confirmed only when payment has been received in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as follows. Payment must be received in full at least 15 days before the
commencement of the training course. Fees displayed exclude GST, which is payable at a rate of 5%. Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer or cheque. Cheque(s) must be
made payable to: Professional Excellence and Lifelong Learning Centre. Payment can be transferred to CIMB account number 0122-0004754-05-4 The Professional Excellence and
Lifelong Learning Centre (PELL) reserves the right to cancel or postpone the programme. Should a programme be postponed, delegate payments will be credited towards the
rescheduled dates or to a future program. Training dates and cost are subject to change without prior notice. Kindly check our website for updates or contact us for further details. All
cancellations must be made in writing at least fifteen (15) working days in advance, where the Professional Excellence and Lifelong Learning Centre (PELL) reserves the right to
charge a RM500 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations informed less than 15 working days will be charged the full course fee. Substitutions of participants are welcomed at
anytime. With regards to substitutions, you are required to inform us at least one (1) day before for preparations of necessary documents. Provided total fee has been paid, payment
will be credited towards the rescheduled dates or to a future program should there be no substitution.No refund is available for cancellations or postponements. The Professional
Excellence and Lifelong Learning Centre (PELL) reserves the right to modify or alter the advertised programme topics if necessary (does not apply to customized programmes)
