Moms & Tots
Join us for some energy-burning fun at Jungle Java on

you like, and we can let the kids run wild while we sit
back with a coffee. Admission prices are $6.50 (24
months and up) and $3.00 (12-23 months). If we get a
minimum of 12 kids, our admission will be discounted by

Walking and Wellness Club
The Walking Club is now the Walking and Wellness
Club. We will be focusing on not just walking, but also
health and wellness. We have some great things planned
for the New Year to help you keep your resolutions.
There will be a sign up sheet at the January meeting if
you want to be on our email list for activities.
We are also taking a new approach to walking. We will
have a sign up list for walking buddies. Feel like walking?
Give someone on the list a call. We will resume group
walks in the spring.
Let us start out the New Year right and make fitness a
priority. Join us on a tour of the Canton Summit
recreation facilities on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 7
pm. We will meet at the front entrance. See all the
wonderful amenities offered for you and your family.
What is your favorite get in shape, fun fitness DVD or
VHS tape? Let's support each other on our fitness goals
and bring that DVD or tape to Janine's house on Saturday,
January 26th at 11 AM. We will decide which one looks

us how to modify exercises to our level. Then we'll head

Are you interested in meeting other moms? Do you need some adult interaction? Sign up for a January playgroup!
Hostesses set the date and time for playgroups. The groups usually consist of five moms, however, the hostess may limit
the number of attendees. You can sign up to attend a playgroup at the monthly Newcomers meeting or by calling me
directly. Once you are signed up, the hostess will contact you a couple of days prior to the playgroup to confirm your
attendance and to give you directions to her house.
