Matt Moskowitz
Partner
Matt has had pleasure of meeting literally thousands of
business professionals during his 18-years in the collection
industry who are kind, inspirational and generous in their
entrepreneurial pursuit of the American Dream. He feels
these business owners employ great people, buy goods
and services from others and make this country the best
place on earth. Matt has heard many success stories from
his clients yet the subject of their receivables can turn
pride and joy into frustration, sadness and anger. Matt has
heard business owners speak of how being refused
payment from customers can detract from the happiness
generated in providing a great product or service.
Having the ability to step in and help small businesses
recover money that is rightfully theirs keeps Matt
motivated and makes him proud to work at APR. He
understands that people can fall on hard times but they
still need to communicate with business owners and
operators when they cannot pay their bills
Mike Hiller
Collection Supervisor
Here's what one lady told me just yesterday. We set her up on
a biweekly payment plan to have the debt paid by December,
she expressed "I'm glad to have creditors like you who help me
to resolve these [bills]," Mrs. Moore, IN. Another gentleman,
Mr. Stewart, RI, is a small business owner who's also been
struggling in the current economic climate. It only took about
twenty five minutes and we were able to qualify him for a 3
month payment plan. He says to me, "Everyone who I've
talked to in your company has been so professional and you've
really helped me out here. I'd like to talk to you about my
accounts receivable issues I'm having and have you represent
me." Similarly, a woman called me just last week, her 60 day
payment arrangement complete, and wanted to know if we
were hiring. Mrs. Rogers, MI remarked "I want to work for a
company like yours."
These are just a few of the stories I have had the privilege to
experience as of late. Too often there is a negative "stigma"
shrouding the good that collection agencies contribute to the
community and economy at large. I must confess. Being a
debt collector is, beyond a doubt, a rewarding career.
Greg Meyer
Collection Supervisor
Greg likes to explain how collections is a vital part of
any economy and lets people know that at APR,
unlike traditional collection agencies, some of the
qualifications his career requires are: integrity, legal
compliance, self motivation, compassion, empathy,
loyalty, cooperation, patience and a sense of humor.
Greg is proud of his profession and equally proud to
work for APR, who only hires employees that meet
their specific high standards to achieve the best end
goal. He is pleased to share his work environment
with professionals who make his career ‘noble’. Greg
knows those in his family who one day may come in
contact with an APR employee to collect past due
debt, will understand and appreciate the diplomatic
way they are treated and realize how it is an amazing
company that is changing the landscape of the
collections industry.
Ginny Dwyer
Customer Service
Ginny Dwyer takes great pride in helping her clients
at American Profit Recovery. She receives a great
deal of satisfaction in assisting their small businesses
trying to recover monies owed to their operations
while keeping their customer bases strong. She views
her clients as hard working, kind-hearted Americans
working as lone businesses owners trying to deliver
the best product or service possible. Ginny has
worked with small businesses owners in the medical,
dental, veterinary and banking industries.
Ginny has personally witnessed business owners
struggle with losing money they desperately need to
maintain their operations, pay their staff and hire
new people. Although many business owners and
operators work with their customers who may be
financially struggling by lowering fees and offering
payment plans, she has seen the best results come
from working with a collection agency like APR.
Austin Charbonneau
Customer Service
Austin views contacting and interacting with
customers as a privilege and is motivated to come to
work each day by the success he is able to help them
achieve. Working for APR makes Austin proud as he
enjoys the rewarding feeling associated with helping
businesses who would otherwise be unable to help
themselves resolve overdue accounts and have a
profitable future. He sees every day how APR is able
to help small businesses in a challenging economy
and had one client tell him that he, “…could not put
into words what a benefit APR’s service had been to
his business and that those at APR had been an
absolute pleasure to work with in a potentially
unpleasant situation.”
Although this is not the type of story you may see as
a ‘teaser’ to the nightly news, Austin feels this type
of story should be portrayed more often in the media
to help reshape the views of the general public to
those in the collections industry.
