2008 Tax Tables Import Instructions 1. Extract the Tax Tables from the Zip file named “Tax Tables 2008.zip”, extracting or copying the appropriate tax tables (see below) to a location that you can find them for importing.
* If the district has only one frequency, then select and load the tax table for only that frequency. * If the district has multiple frequencies, select the tax tables for only those frequencies. Example: District has a 5 and 6 frequency, select the Fed Tax Freq 5_6_2008.txt file as well as the Earned Income Table Freq 5_6.txt file. In this situation, it does not matter which frequency the user is signed into when loading the tables. NOTE: If a user has multiple frequencies and elects to load each frequency separately, it deletes the 2008 tax tables for the other frequencies (if already loaded). * The exemptions.txt file can be uploaded via any available frequency and it will populate the 2008 Exemptions table for all frequencies that the district utilizes. * If the district elects to load a .txt file that has multiple frequencies and the district does not have one or more of the frequencies, a -195 error will display. 2. In the RSCCC Human Resource module, go to Utilities and Install Salary/Tax Tables.
