                   JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

PURPOSE:

This is a newly created role to provide accounting support to the General Manager,
Infinity Fuels, LLC (which is a business unit of Henry Consulting, LLC). Based in New
Orleans, LA, Infinity Fuels operates branded fuel stations and convenience stores and
serves as a wholesale fuel distributor to retail gas stations.

SCOPE:

   -   Reports directly to the General Manager, Infinity Fuels
   -   Will receive coaching from the Controller of Henry Consulting as well as the
       CFO of Henry Consulting
   -   May interact with clients, vendors and other external contacts
   -   Does not have any direct reports initially

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Balance sheet reconciliations (including bank reconciliations)
- ACH transfers and reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist in generating financial reports
- Assist with forecasts and budgeting
- A/R and A/P invoicing
- Perform ad hoc analysis
- Assist with amortization, depreciation and deferred rent schedules
- Assist in preparation of monthly and year-end reports
- Participate, as needed, in special projects
- Filing
- Other accounting duties as necessary

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- BA/BS degree in Accounting and 5 years relevant experience, or, alternatively, a
bachelors degree in a business-related field and 5 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Access experience is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software; MAS90 experience is strongly desired.

COMPENSATION:

A competitive starting salary, commensurate with experience and skills. Year-end bonus
eligible.
