Use of this table will assist in the analysis and response to your comments. Please name your returned comments as per the present filename plus the suffix ‘+«yourinitials»’ to the list. In using the table following, please observe these guidelines: Column 1 ‘RevSeq’: a sequence number; Column 2 ‘DocRef’: identify the part of the document you wish to reference: heading, section numbers, numbered item list number.
