                                                             STF 298 – Instructions to Reviewers
     In order to facilitate the preparation of a disposition of your contribution it is preferred to have comments submitted in the table below. Use of this table will assist in the
     analysis and response to your comments.

     Please name your returned comments as per the present filename plus the suffix ‘+«yourinitials»’ to the list.

     In using the table following, please observe these guidelines:

     Column 1 ‘RevSeq’:                 a sequence number;
     Column 2 ‘DocRef’:                 identify the part of the document you wish to reference: heading, section numbers, numbered item list number. The specific line number
                                        can also be useful, although documents presentation might not always correspond because of different Word set-ups.
     Column 3 ‘Quotation’:              You can provide a text quotation to help us identify the sentence/paragraph you provide comments to.
     Column 4 ‘Comment’:                State your observation and proposed solution;
     Column 5 ‘Severity’:              Indicate the severity you believe the problem represents, selecting from:
                                            1. a serious problem that will lead to mistakes or misinterpretation if not corrected;
                                            2. a problem that might lead to mistakes or misinterpretation if not corrected, but for which a work-around can be implemented
                                            3. Nice To Have
                                            4. Typo/editorial
