Restrictions on Holidays: Dons are expected to be on campus for the full duration of the contract. Dons must remain in the residence until the residence closing day and return the day residence reopens. Dons must notify the RLC/M of any absences and for those absences, which are longer than one day in duration; a request to that effect must be submitted to the RLC/M in advance. This request should include arrangements that will be made to deal with the Don's responsibilities during the absence. Additionally, each Don is provided with their accommodation as a taxable benefit and the package includes basic telephone service and `Rez Net' Internet service.
