Job Title: Implementation Manager
Reports to: Service Delivery Manager
Direct Reports: None

Description of Job:

Process all orders assigned by Service Delivery Manager or by customer request.

Dress: Business Casual

Responsibilities / Duties:

      Process all local orders via SBC, Verizon, Qwest and/or other carriers.

      Update internal tracking database with all info regarding orders as needed.

      Update internal tracking database with inventory for customer service and billing.

      Adhere to provisioning timeframes for all orders.

      Report to supervisor on any orders that have issues which would prevent them
       from meeting timeframes. Notify supervisor of any customer complaints.

      Contact customers and sales with updates.

      Ensure all features on new installs are working with customer.

      Attend training as needed.

      Adhere to company policy regarding vacation days, personal days and sick days.

      Perform other duties as required.


Requirements
    2+ years telecom experience
    Knowledge of Carrier provisioning platforms (Verizon GUI, SBC, Qwest, etc.)
