Job Title: Implementation Manager Reports to: Service Delivery Manager Direct Reports: None Description of Job: Process all orders assigned by Service Delivery Manager or by customer request. Dress: Business Casual Responsibilities / Duties: Process all local orders via SBC, Verizon, Qwest and/or other carriers. Update internal tracking database with all info regarding orders as needed. Update internal tracking database with inventory for customer service and billing. Adhere to provisioning timeframes for all orders. Report to supervisor on any orders that have issues which would prevent them from meeting timeframes. Notify supervisor of any customer complaints. Contact customers and sales with updates. Ensure all features on new installs are working with customer. Attend training as needed. Adhere to company policy regarding vacation days, personal days and sick days. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements 2+ years telecom experience Knowledge of Carrier provisioning platforms (Verizon GUI, SBC, Qwest, etc.)
