INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILING NOADs Notices of Alleged Deficiencies (NOADs) must be submitted in accordance with the following instructions required by subsections 67-21.003(7) and 67-48.004(7), F.A.C.: • • • • Limit each notice only to issues created by documents revised and/or added during the 11-day Cure period. Specify the assigned Application number, the page(s), and the document(s) in question. Describe the alleged deficiencies in detail. Limit each notice to the review of only one Application. Notices which seek the review of more than one Applicant’s submission will be considered improperly filed and ineligible for review. There is no limit to the number of notices which may be submitted.
To better facilitate the processing of NOADs, Florida Housing requests Applicants to follow these additional instructions: • • • • • • Submit a separate NOAD for each revision or additional documentation for which you are seeking a review. Make a copy of the Application’s Cure Form of the revision/addition for which the NOAD is being submitted, and place the copy on top of each NOAD. Provide a brief statement explaining each NOAD so that Florida Housing will understand the reason the NOAD is being submitted. Place the statement behind the applicable completed NOAD Summary Form. Complete and submit one Notice of Alleged Deficiencies (NOAD) Summary Form for each Application being challenged. It is preferred that you submit one original and three copies of the NOAD and that the documentation be three-hole punched. Please do not submit the same NOAD twice. For example, do not send the NOAD by facsimile and by overnight mail. If you find it necessary to do so out of concern that one may not have been received, please indicate this on the second one sent so that Florida Housing can better identify duplicate filings.
