BELOW are definitions for columns on this spreadsheet:
*COLOR CODE- W = WHITE background which means that this is an "addition" of an item to the previous forecast or "no change" to a previously forecasted item.
Y = YELLOW background which means that this is a "change" to a previously forecasted item.
B = BLUE background which means that this is an award or deletion of a previously forecasted item.
CNTR – This stands for the GRC field center -- Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field, Cleveland, OH
PSCODE – This is the Product and Service Code (PSC) which are alpha-numeric characters categorizing the type of product or service. These generally correspond to coding used in the Commerce Business Daily.
TYPE – "SERV" is for services, "R&D" is for research and development, "SUPS" is for supplies and equipment.
VALUE – "1" = $100,001 to $1,000,000; "2" = $1,000,001 to $5,000,000; "3" = above $5,000,000.
RELQTR – This indicates the anticipated time, by Gov’t FY quarter, of the expected release of the solicitation. "1" is for first quarter, "2" is for second quarter, etc.
RELFY – This is the Gov’t FY.
SET-ASIDE – "FULL" means exclusively set aside for small, HUB Zone, SDVOB, WOB, or small disadvantaged businesses, i.e., 8(a); a partial set-aside is "PART"; no set-aside is "NONE"; and "TBD" means that no preliminary determination has been made.
COMP – "Y" is used if this procurement is expected to be competitive; "N" if it is expected to be non-competitive.
POC – Identifies the name & office code, e.g., Tim Doe/5400, of the person knowledgeable of this procurement requirement and who could assist interested parties in assessing their abilities to participate in the procurement either as prime or sub.
PHONE – The POC’s commercial telephone number.
DESCRIPTION – Identifies the principal requirements of the procurement and any other information considered useful to potential sources.
UPDATE – This shows if this procurement data has been updated since a previous forecast. For example, if this is a new listing, "0" will be shown; if it has been modified, say twice, since it was originally listed, "2" will be shown.
