Configuring the browser, installing the client and help
To access the electronic resources available at the Virtual Library, you must have updated
your usual browser to the latest version and have correctly configured certain settings of
your browser and operating system. The first time you try to access a resource, you must
install a client application, which will vary depending on the operating system you use:
Multiresource client (Windows) or Java (Mac and Linux).
Before starting, we recommend you read the requirements guide for operating the Onelog
connections manager used by the application:
Multiresource client for Windows operating systems.
We also urge you to read the error messages displayed by the Onelog connections
manager when you try to access an electronic resource: Glossary of error messages.
With regard to Mac and Linux operating systems, we recommend you read the
instructions for accessing electronic resources from the said systems.
For further explanations on the suggested reading, please contact the library or the
computer support service.
