Lead consultant role to provide thought leadership, advisory and management services in Program

Hired to lead a consortium of National and Global solution vendors and providers to build, host and
manage a second Data Centre for the Republic of the Government of Singapore.

Objective was to secure my client to be a short listed provider to subsequently secure a multi-year,
multi-million dollar long term government contract and to provide ongoing Business and Operations
management services to the Singapore government on behalf of the Keppel Digihub client. My client
was shortlisted and is now in final tender stage.

Consultant for client HCL America Inc., Parsippany, NJ, Oct 2009 – Jan 2010

Lead consultant in pre-sales advisory and Programme management of a team responsible for the
overall client engagement and implementation of a large multi Data Center consolidation and
relocation.

Programme included managed functional onshore and offshore shared operations solutions between
US based client and Chennai India.

Participated and influenced the HCL prospective client and its C-level leadership in winning an RFP
over its competitors to secure a multi-million dollar 5 year contract with its client.
