1. Don Farris is a great instructor with a capability to keep all participants active and interested. He can give

correction without causing anyone to feel "scolded" or feel singled out.

1. Don, did an excellent job. The training was great. I would recommend this training to all hospital staff, not just

personnel involved patent care.

1. This program would truly be beneficial to almost anyone. Don was a great instructor and the program was very

well developed, and laid out.
