Teach all of your Leg Leaders to build their own 3ring binder within 12 hours of signing up. What a powerful downline this will lead to! They should also subscribe to the Bob Giddens newsletters ($30 - 407-333-1234) and start a Spiral Notebook (see March 2004 Chippy News). Back to the Leg Chart binder. The 12 downline blocks in each Chart must be filled with RECRUITERS because recruiting is a very important part of EcoQuest. When filling in names, put them in pencil until the person has recruited TWO. Tell them, "When you have 2 recruits on the dotted line I will make your spot on this page official. You will get weekly attention: calls, emails, meetings, 3-ways, sales and recruiting support, whatever." We don't ignore dealers who make a lesser commitment or who do selling but are not interested in recruiting. We love these people. They fit into a different niche in our overall plan.
