					Terms & Conditions - “Knight & Day” – Village Cinemas Promotion

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to all Victorian and Tasmanian residents who are 18 45 years of
age and are current Village Movie Club (VMC) members. VMC members must log in
when purchasing tickets to ‘Knight & Day’ online at villagecinemas.com.au or scan
their VMC card at the ticket box during the promotional period to automatically go into
the draw to win.

3. The Promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their
related bodies corporate and each of their officers, agents, employees and
immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means
spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the
employee.

4. By entering this promotion, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions including that of Kumuka Worldwide and Korean Air. The Promoter
reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who
tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these Conditions of Entry.

5. The competition commences at 12.01am AEST on 15/07/2010 and closes at
midnight AEST on 04/08/2010 (‘Promotion Period’).

6. To enter, Village Movie Club Members must have included all required Village
Movie Club membership details, their name, address, email and phone details, and
activated their membership card online at villagecinemas.com.au

7. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any ineligible or lost entries or
entries submitted or received by the Promoter after the closing date. Entries that do
not comply with these terms and conditions are incomplete, or submitted or received
by the Promoter after the closing date will be declared void.

8. The competition prize draw for the winner will take place at 12.00pm AEST on
06/08/2010, at the office of the Promoter, located at Level 2 / 180 St Kilda Rd, St
Kilda VIC 3182. All winners will be contacted immediately by phone and mail relying
on contact details provided by the entrant. The winner will also be announced in The
Australian newspaper on 13/08/2010. The result of the prize draw is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.

9. The first eligible entry drawn will win the Major Prize which includes a Kumuka
Travel Tour Package (European Waltz) for 2 people.

Major prize details:

· 2 x return economy flights (departing: Syd/Melb/Bris – arriving: Rome) and
(departing: Paris – arriving: Syd/Melb/Bris) flying Korean Air. Value = $6,888

· 2 x Kumuka Travel Tour Packages (European Waltz)
o 19 day tour via coach visiting 7 countries (Italy, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic,
Germany, Netherlands & France). The prize will include 18 nights twin share
accommodation in 3 star properties as selected by the prize provider. Also included
will be 18 Breakfasts & 8 Dinners.

10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other
goods or services nor can they be re sold. The Promoter accepts no responsibility
for any variation in the value, performance, or availability of any prize. The Promoter
reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater
retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoters are not
able to give the prize winner the advertised prize, subject to State legislation. Any
incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

11. All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.

12. Package is based on two adults. Adults must be 18 45 years of age.

13. The prize must be taken prior to 30 August 2011 and is subject to availability.
The prize may not be available during peak times such as public holidays and school
holidays (if applicable) and cannot be changed once the booking has been made.

14. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become
the responsibility of the winner. The winner (and their companions) are responsible
for all expenses including but not limited to spending money, transfers, meals (other
than that specified), drinks (other than that specified), incidentals, mini bar, laundry,
room service, telephone calls, activities, insurance, taxes (including departure taxes),
energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, travel insurance and all
other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the
winner at check in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. The winner (and their
companions) is also responsible for ensuring that they have suitable travel insurance
for the travel period. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will be the
responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is strongly recommended by the
Promoter.

15. Flights leave from Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane and land in Rome. Return flights
from Paris to Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane. The winner and their travelling companion
must travel on the same flight. Travel to and from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane is
not included in the prize and will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their
travel companion.

16. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking, are
non transferable and cannot be exchanged for travel to other destinations. If the
winner and their travelling companion wish to extend their trip they will be able to do
so at their own expense.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in the event of an entrant
failing to comply with these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize
by 08/11/2010. If the prize remains unclaimed by that date, a second draw will be
held at 12.00pm AEST on 26/11/2010 at the same location as the original draw.
Disposal of any unclaimed prizes may be made subject to any written directions
given by any government authority and pursuant to any relevant legislation. All
unclaimed prize draw winners will be contacted by phone and mail immediately. Any
winner/s will also be announced in The Australian newspaper on 03/12/2010.

18. The Promoter, other entities associated with this competition and their related
bodies corporate, and each of their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable
for and shall be held harmless in respect of any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever
which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or
sustained, as a result of or arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the prize,
except to the extent that any such liability cannot be excluded by law.

19. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Acceptance of the prize is
deemed to be acceptance by the winner of these terms and conditions and approval
to use the winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes, unless specifically
requested by the winner not to do so at the time of accepting the prize.

20. If the competition does not run for its duration due to, but not limited to, computer
viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
cause beyond the Promoter’s control that corrupts or affects administration, security,
fairness or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its
sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The
Promoter will not be responsible for:

(a) Malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line,
computer on line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or
website;

(b) Failure of any entry to be received by the Promoter as a result of those matters;
nor

(c) Any injury or damage to entrants or any other person related to or resulting from
participation in the competition or downloading any materials relating to the
competition.

21. The Promoter is Village Cinemas Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 006 735 002) of
Level 2 / 180 St Kilda Road St Kilda Vic 3182 (“Promoters”)
