Value Added Benefits
AA Emergency Roadside Assistance

     FNB Petro Card entitled card holder to AA Emergency Roadside Assistance in case of an emergency.
     The benefits, automatically available to you through our association with a trusted South African institution, the
     Automobile Association, include:
     §     Roadside Repair Service, which covers emergency re-fuelling up to five litres, flat battery re-starting, changing of
           flat tyres and key lock-out service up to R250.
     §     Tow-in Service in the event of mechanical or electrical breakdown. (up to a maximum of R500)
     §     Additional services, which mean that, if the incident occurs more than 100 kilometres from your home, you can
           make use of one of the following courtesy services, up to a maximum of R500:
           ü Car hire
           ü   Overnight accommodation for you and four other passengers
           ü Transportation (or costs covered) for you to collect the repaired vehicle
     §     If you are involved in an accident, the AA will, at your request, arrange for your vehicle to be towed to the
           nearest AA approved repair centre
           or to a destination of your choice. You will be responsible for the costs incurred.


     To make use of AA Emergency Roadside Assistance* all you need is your Petro Card and simply follow these easy
     steps:


     §     Call 0860 70 60 50 and provide the operator with your Petro Card number (16 digit number printed on the card).
     §     An AA appointed contractor will be dispatched to provide you with the required assistance.
     §     On arrival the AA appointed contractor will request you to produce your Petro Card and proof of identity in order
           to carry out the emergency service.

Comprehensive Global Travel Insurance

 This is an innovative service that gives ticket holders comprehensive travel insurance, both locally and internationally,
 allowing the ticket-holder to travel safely in the knowledge that he/she has the insurance needed.


 With Comprehensive Global Travel Insurance the ticket-holder no longer needs to worry about the inconvenience of
 purchasing additional top-up insurance or emergency medical cover. By purchasing the travel tickets in South Africa at
 full fare on the FNB Credit card, prior to your departure, he/she is automatically covered for the first 90 days of their
 journey.


 Through this cover you get: (see attached table of Benefits)


 •       Up to R10 million for medical expenses
 •       Personal liability cover up to R 2.5 million
 •       Personal accident cover of up to R1 million


 The table of benefits, shown here, is a summary of the main features of the Travel Policy.


 These emergency services are brought to you through International SOS, which specialises in emergency
 medical, travel and assistance services. Should you need any assistance whilst travelling overseas,
 contact International SOS by calling collect (reverse charges) from any destination anywhere in the world,
 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on +27 11 541 1325.

 Comprehensive Global Travel Insurance is only available to persons under the age of 75. However, special insurance
 can be arranged for our credit card holders between the ages of 75 and 84 years by phoning the Global Travel
 Insurance Help Desk on telephone number 0861 490 100.

 The Travel Policy is available at www.fnb.co.za or you may contact the Global Travel Insurance Help Desk on
 telephone number 0861 490 100 and they will arrange for the policy to be sent to you.

 Comprehensive Global Travel Insurance is subject to certain exclusions, as mentioned in the Travel Policy. Please obtain a copy of the travel
 policy prior to travelling.

Lost Card Protection


 Protects the card holder and the business in the event of non-PIN related fraud on your account if your credit card is
 lost or stolen and you report the loss or theft immediately.



 Therefore, it is crucial that you do not delay in reporting the loss or theft of your credit card to the 24-hour toll-free Lost
 Card Hotline on telephone number 0800 110 132. Remember to always get a reference number when reporting your
 card lost or stolen. We protect you by making sure that you are not liable for fraudulent transactions that occur on your
 credit card from FNB as a result of the loss or theft. We can only protect you if your PIN number was not used in these
 transactions and you were not negligent in safeguarding your credit card or reporting it lost or stolen.



Card Replacement

 We also assist you by providing a Card Replacement service at no additional charge if your card is lost, damaged or
 stolen.



PIN Replacement

 We will provide a replacement PIN number at no additional charge should you misplace or forget your existing PIN
 number.



VISA Global Customer Assistance Service (GCAS)


 Through the Visa GCAS programme, Visa provides high quality assistance to Visa cardholders when travelling
 overseas. This multi-lingual service is available globally, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The services include lost and
 stolen card reporting, emergency card replacement and emergency cash payout of up to US$ 5,000, and an enquiry
 service for non-emergency enquiries, for example, account queries.

 inContact, FNB’s innovative messaging service, allows you to stay in touch with your financial transactions as they
 occur, at no extra charge. You will receive real-time confirmation of deposits, transfers, withdrawals and purchases on
 all your FNB accounts via cell-phone or e-mail, protecting you from unexpected surprises. Please bear in mind that we
 are dependant on external providers to deliver the information, which may sometimes cause a delay.

eBucks (eBucks 4 Business)

 eBucks 4 Business, our exciting rewards programme, allows you to earn lots of eBucks by making qualifying
 transactions using your FNB credit cards. All that is required to join the FNB Rewards Programme is, to link your
 control account to earn eBucks at a nominal annual rewards fee of R1,350.00 per annum. Once your control account is
 linked to eBucks, all qualifying credit cards (excl. Petro, Petro Plus) linked to that control account will automatically earn
 eBucks.


 Our eBucks rewards programme also includes the new British Airways Miles Swap feature, making eBucks the most
 valuable rewards programme for credit cards in South Africa. Remember that eBucks do not expire and we offer you
 the highest reward rate of eB8 earned for every R100 spent on qualifying purchases *.

Safety Tips


    •       Once a card is issued to the cardholder, the cardholder must ensure that the back of the card is signed
            immediately.

    •       Only the cardholder is allowed to use the credit card. No other person, other than the cardholder, is allowed to use
            the card or PIN.

    •       Once a Corporate card has been issued, a PIN will be given to the cardholder. This PIN may be changed, at the
            cardholder’s discretion, at any FNB ATM or FNB Outlet.

    •       When a credit card has been reissued, the PIN used for the previous credit card will still be valid. You may change
            this PIN at any FNB ATM or FNB Outlet.

    •       Memorise this PIN and keep it in a safe place, separate from the credit card. Always keep the credit card and PIN
            separate from each other.

    •       Should the Corporate’s physical address change, please inform us in writing of such change and supply us with
            proof of the new physical address (supply any document, not older than 3 months, that clearly states the
            organisation’s name, and residential address).

    •       Should the cardholder’s residential address change, please inform us in writing of such change and supply us with
            proof of new residential address (supply any document, not older than 3 months, that clearly states the
            cardholder’s name, and residential address e.g. Bank statement, payslip, salary advice, municipal rates and taxes
            account, mortgage statement, Telkom account, utility bill, recent SARS return, Valid TV Licence).

Fees & Charges

FNB will charge you and debit your account with finance charges, account service fees and card ledger fees.

The finance charges, account service fees and card ledger fees are not negotiable.

Finance charges may include interest, additional finance charges, fees incurred from a money-lending transaction and
fees for the recovery of the debt if you default.

You must let us know in writing within thirty (30) days of the statement date if there is an error on the monthly statement,
otherwise we will assume the statement sent to you is correct.


Ledger fees are fees associated with the issue and use of the card and may include:


•    An annual card fee, which we will charge for each year or part of a year, whether or not you use the card;
•    An over limit fee which we will charge whenever you exceed the credit limit on your account;
•    A late payment fee, which we will charge if you pay your account after the due date for payment shown on your
     monthly statement and
•    Other fees associated with the issue and use of the card.


Account service fees may include:


—    A cash deposit fee, which will be charged when you deposit cash into your account or pay your account in cash;
—    ATM related fees;
—    Electronic banking fees;
—    A currency conversion fee for transactions, which take place outside the Common Monetary Area.
