Exit from Logan Airport via Ted Williams Tunnel (toll) .3m
Look for I 93 SOUTH exit 23 from tunnel. 2.8 m
(Do NOT get on to Mass Turnpike!)

I 93 South bears right in Braintree, and continues as I 93 South, also known as Route
128 12.5 miles

Bear left on to Route 24 for Fall River - approx 38 miles

As you approach Fall River, keep bearing left still on Route 24 and then bear right on
to Route 195 West, after 0.9 mile, bear right to re- join Route 24
Route 24 brings you on to Aquidneck Island over the Sakonnet River Bridge, 7 miles

Bear right on to Turnpike Avenue (sign reads NEWPORT BEACHES)
At traffic lights BEAR RIGHT on to Route 138 heading in to Middletown.
There are a number of traffic lights on Rte 138 (East Main Road). .7miles

At the second set of traffic lights past CHAVES GARDENS (on your left), TURN
LEFT (Dunkin Donuts will be on your right) on to AQUIDNECK AVENUE. R 138A

Aquidneck Avenue goes past school playing fields, BEAR LEFT at traffic lights to join
VALLEY ROAD, bear right (traffic light) and continue on MEMORIAL
BOULEVARD, past the beach, up the hill in to Newport - approximately 7 miles.

Go straight ahead at second set of lights (at Bellevue Avenue), down Memorial
Boulevard towards the harbor.

For Directions to the Newport Harbor Hotel - At second set of lights, TURN RIGHT
at Post Office on to THAMES STREET one way. At next set of lights, bear left, go
across America s Cup Avenue on to Market Square and entrance to Newport Harbor
Hotel & Marina is on the right.

For Directions to NYYC, Harbour Court, you turn LEFT at Post Office Traffic lights
and go down Thames Street and turn right at the Shell gas station on to Wellington
Avenue, your must follow the road to the left at the end of Wellington Avenue, just past
Ida Lewis YC, and NYYC is half way up the hill on the right.

From the hotel, to get to NYYC, turn right on to America s Cup Avenue and turn right
at the traffic lights on to Thames Street, then as above.
