                                          Rohan Shah, Managing Partner, Economic Laws Practice
                                          Mr. Shah is based in the Mumbai office. His areas of expertise include

                                          Suhail Nathani, Partner, Economic Laws Practice
                                          Mr. Nathani obtained an MA in Law from Cambridge University and an LL.
                                          M from Duke University. He is a member of the New York Bar and the
                                          Bar Council in India. His areas of practice include private equity, general
                                          corporate matters and international trade. He has acted for a diverse
                                          range of industries including real estate, media, manufacturing and
                                          telecom. Mr. Nathani was named by Chambers and Partners as a leading
                                          practitioner in international trade and in Legal 500 has been
                                          recommended as an International Trade and WTO lawyer and for Dispute
                                          Resolution. He represented the Government of India at a dispute before
                                          a Panel at the WTO. Previously, Mr. Nathani was Vice President and
                                          General Counsel in a telecommunications carrier.

                                          Sujjain Talwar, Partner, Economic Laws Practice
                                          Mr. Talwar is a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. He is a leading
                                          Infrastructure lawyer in India with a focus on ports, power projects and
                                          roads. He also has a strong focus on the hospitality sector and general
                                          corporate matters. Prior to joining ELP, Mr. Talwar was an attorney in
                                          Masons' London office.

                                          Michael Mensik, Partner, Baker & McKenzie, LLP
                                          Mr. Mensik is a Parnter in Baker & McKenzie's Chicago office. Mr. Mensik's
                                          practice concentrates on information technology, sourcing and privacy. He
                                          regularly advises information technology and e commerce companies on
                                          various aspects of their domestic and foreign operations, including intellectual
                                          property protection, data protection, anti-trust issues and tax planning. Mr.

Valerie Demont, Partner, Baker & McKenzie, LLP
