UPDATE ECUMENICAL CHRISTMAS FOOD DRIVE As previously announced, the Sobeys at Yonge/St. Clair and 147 Laird Drive are holding in-store drives on our behalf. These will now extend until mid January. As of December 22, an additional 4,000 items have been donated that brings the total to 24,000. There are still supply shortages at food banks and we would encourage you to take this easy way of giving via the pre-packaged options available at both stores. Another alternative is to provide a cash donation that will facilitate discounted bulk purchases. Thank you for your caring and generosity for those needy members of our community. ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TOY DRIVE THE SAINT VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY wishes to express its heartfelt thanks to those who donated items during the Christmas Drive. The response was quite overwhelming and the gifts were distributed to needy families within the Parish and downtown areas of the City. Your continued generosity, caring and compassion are appreciated.
