                                   ACT 01 • VIET NAM CLASSIC TOUR - SAI GON - HOI AN

                                   Day 1 • Arrival - Saigon:             You are welcomed by ACT’s guide at Tan Son Nhat airport, transfer to hotel.

                                   Free at leisure till welcome dinner at local restaurant. (D)

                                   Day 2 • Cu Chi tunnel – Sai Gon City tour:                       We drive to Cu Chi tunnel to satisfy your curiosity

                                   about the amazing complex of underground tunnels used in the American/Vietnam war. Drive back to SGN for

                                   lunch and city touring: Visit the Reunification Conference Hall, War Remnants Museum, China town with Thien

                                   Hau temple and Binh Tay wholesale market. Photo stops at Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office and City

                                   Day 3 • Sai Gon – Me Kong delta: Drive to Vinh Long (3-hour drive from Sai Gon) upon arrival in
                                   Vinh Long, enjoy a motorized boat ride on the Mekong River for observing Cai Be floating market, having stop

                                   at an island where seasonal fruits (namely rambutants, longans, dragon fruits,etc ) are grown. We have chance of

                                   getting to know how the local people make coconut candies, pop rice, etc…Lunch is served on the island before

                                   next boat ride to folk music show. Drive back to Saigon. (B,L)

Day 4 • Saigon - Hoian ancient town: Enjoying your free time to do shopping again till taking a short flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival,
transfer to The Charm Museum, where is home to Vietnam’s largest collection of Cham treasures, Non Nuoc stone carving village before proceeding

to Hoi An. Accommodation in Hoi An (B,L)

Day 5 • Hoi An:         After breakfast, we embark touring the charming little town to visit the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, Old house of

Tan Ky, Hokkien communal hall, Trading museum. Then free for shopping. Hoi An is famous for cheap good clothes which are made overnight.

Day 6 • Hoi An - Hue: We drive northwards to Hue via the scenic Hai Van Pass. We visit the Citadel and the Purple Forbidden City. This royal
residence was all but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive; however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins. 30 minutes show of folk royal

music and dance at the renovated royal theater would be a highlight of the tour. This will be followed by a boat ride on perfume river to reach the

beautiful pagoda of Thien Mu. (B,L,D)

Day 6 • Hue - Hanoi: We drive to visit King Tu Duc’s tomb – the tomb of oriental architecture and Khai Dinh’s one with interesting combination of
western and oriental architecture. Then you will be driven to Ho Quyen (Tiger arena) which was built for elephants and tigers fightings. Take a short flight

to Ha Noi. Pick up and transfer your hotel. Accommodation in Hanoi (B,L)

Day 7 • Hanoi city tour: Full day Hanoi city tour: Visit to HCM complex including Ho Chi Minh mausoleum (close on Mondays and Fridays
mornings and whole October and November for annual repairs), Presidential palace, house on stilts peacefully set in Botanical garden, One pillar

pagoda; the Temple of Literature, Enthnology Museum, Hoa Lo prison, a Complex of The Hoan Kiem Lake, fine art museum. One hour cyclo ride

around the Hanoi Old Quarter to observe daily life of local people and enjoy shopping. Water puppet show - the unique folk art of Vietnamese. (B,L)

Day 8 • Hanoi – Ha Long bay: Breakfast at hotel. 8:00 Our guide and driver pick you up from hotel, and transfer to Halong via vehicle. This
will be your first opportunity to see some of the rural areas of Vietnam. The drive goes through the Red River delta, so we’ll have plenty of chance for

taking photos of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast lush paddy field.

Arrive in Halong. Check- in registration your old junk. Have lunch on board. A fantastic cruise in Halong bay will take you to exotic islets with Dog

island, Incense Urn island, Sail island, Fighting cocks island. Stop at Surprising Cave - the most beautiful cave of Halong bay before swimming at

Titov or Soi Sim beach.

Drinking Vietnamese wine, watching sunset. Enjoy delecious seafoods and over night on board. (B,L,D)

Day 9 • Ha Long bay - Hanoi: After breakfast, we keep proceeding to Bai Tu Long bay for further discovery. Disembark the
cruise boat, we drive back to Hanoi. You would be transferred to your hotel. Free yourself for discovering Hanoi city. Accommodation

Day 5 • Dong Hoi - DMZ - Quang Tri old citadel’s ruins - Hue: We leave Dong Hoi for Hue by
bus with short visit to the Temporary demarcation line between North and South Vietnam during 1954-1972. Besides,

if you are interested in understanding Vietnam war, we will be brought to the Old citadel of Quang Tri where saw most

ferocious ever fights between two armies. The museum displays tearful pictures, dramatic stories of VC warmen ,etc.

We would arrive in Hue around 1:00PM. we visit the Citadel and the Purple Forbidden City. This royal residence was all

ACT 3 • DISCOVERY TOUR IN THE NORTHEN
WEST, AND HA LONG BAY (7 DAYS)

Day 1 • Arrival - Hanoi: You are welcomed by ACT’s guide at Noi Bai airport. Check in
hotel. Having welcome dinner at local restaurant. (D)

Day 2 • Hanoi city tour: Full day Hanoi city tour: Visit to HCM complex including
Ho Chi Minh mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Fridays mornings and whole October and

November for annual repairs), Presidential palace, house on stilts peacefully set in Botanical

gardern, One pillar pagoda; the Temple of Literature; Enthnology Museum; Hoa Lo prison; a

Complex of The Hoan Kiem Lake; fine art museum. One hour cyclo ride around the Hanoi Old

Quarter to observe daily life of local people and enjoy shopping. Water puppet show – the

unique folk art of Vietnamese. We then proceed to train station for night train to Sa Pa. O/n on

Day 4 • Sapa - market day. (on Tuesday, Saturday, Thursday,
Saturday, Sunday) : Unlike markets in the busy cities, hill tribe markets are of special
functions. The colorful hill tribes converge here not for exchanging produces, goods only, but

also for meeting with their relatives, the former lovers (by the married) or looking for life partners

( by the young). Besides, eating and drinking are indispensable activities of the markets. (B)

Day 5 • Sapa - Colorful hill tribe villages - night train to Hanoi: We
visit Ham Rong mount where is home to plenty of orchid plants and to a small theater where

you can see performace of folk songs/dances at about 09:00am (subject to availability).

After check-out, you will be transferred to the vicinity of Sapa to Muong Hoa valley where black

H’mong, Red DZao, Zay live. 4 km easy trek is a good opportunity to have close-up view of daily

lifestyle of the local tribes in two villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van. Back to Sapa with stop on route

for visiting and interacting with smart Red Dzao who possess incredibly good command of

spoken English before Lao Cai for night train back to HN.(B)

Day 6 • Ha Noi - Ha Long - Kayaking to hidden lagoons: Arrive in Ha
noi about 5: 30 AM, visit to colorful flower market which is available from the mid night to early

morning only and Hoan Kiem lake where local people doing morning excercises like Taichi,

jugging,etc… Drive to Ha Long for cruising in the stunning bay, whilst enjoying a sea food lunch.

Disembark the cruise boat, we reach one of the most beautiful caves of Halong - Surprising Cave

(or Hang Sung Sot in Vietnamese). we put on lifejacket, choose our kayaks to embark discovering

the lagoon and the beaches our self with tour guides assistance. Titop island with a lookout is

good stop for swimming or climbing up to the top of the island for an outstanding panoramic

view of the bay. Stay overnight aboard. (B,L,D)

Day 7 • Halong Kayaking – Kayaking to hidden lagoons/swimming
at quite beaches: Today is a great day of kayaking. Soak up the morning atmosphere
of the bay while kayaking to visit a number of lagoons and caves near Cua Van. You might be

greeted while kayaking by the curious wild monkeys and unique langurs who are enjoying their

breakfasts. The highlight of the day is the visit to the floating village of Van Gia that provides a

glimpse into the life of local fishermen. (B,L,D)

Day 8 • Ha Long - Hanoi departure: We continue boat cruising to get back to the
waft after short kayaking and meals aboard. Disembark the cruise boat, we head back to Hanoi
with a stop on route at a ceramic factory. Taking flight to the next destination. (B)

Day 1 • Arrival - Hanoi: You are welcomed

Day 4 • Ha Giang – Dong Van: We drive up to altitude of 1,500 meter above sea level, through the mountainous landscape and terraced
paddy-field. Stop en route for photos at Quyet Tien ethnic minority market where the minorities of Nung, White H’Mong, Po Y, Dao lantern, Tay gather for

fields. Pho Bang - an ancient town of Chinese people, once considered Hongkong city before 1978 (boder conflict in 1979) should be a must. Continue

to Sung La to visit Pao’s house, explore the beautiful architecture of an ancient house of H’mong and Lo Lo’s house before a visit to the old H’mong King

Palace, belongs to Vuong family. (B,L,D)

Day 5 • Dong van – Meo vac – Ha Giang: Breakfast in the hotel. We visit minority market right in Dong Van before proceeding to Ma
Pi Leng top (1,245m) for the panoramic view of rocky mountain, the river and the paddy-field terraces. Continue to Meo Vac for another minority

market before visit several villages of Dao. Return to Ha Giang late afternoon. o/n in Ha Giang. (B,L,D)

Day 6 • Ha Giang: Morning visit Ha Giang museum and Tay minority at Phuong Do village before leaving Ha Giang for Viet Lam. Upon
arrival in Viet Lam village, check in at local house. After lunch there, take a biking/walking tour around the Hat and Trang villages, enjoy the

scenery of the paddy-field and daily life of Tay people. Drive to homestay. Visit to tay minority at Phuong do village before returning to local

house in Viet Lam. (B,L,D)

Day 7 • Ha Giang - Sa Pa: We leave the village for Sa Pa. The scenery on route is quite beautiful and different to what you see the days
before. We arrive in Sa Pa around 4:00 PM. After dinner, you are free strolling around the little town.             The town of 1600 elevation, once

was summer retreat of French officials, is quite popular now thanks to its scenic landscape,

colorful hill tribes and cool climate in summer. (B,L)

Day 1 • Arrive Siem Reap, the home of Angkor Wat: Upon
arrival, you will be met by your local guide and transferred to your hotel. Depending

on your arrival time for the rest of the day you will be taken on an orientation tour

of Siem Reap including sights such as: the Old Market (Phsar Chas) surrounded by

elegant French Colonial colonnades; the old Buddhist pagodas of Wat Bo and Wat

Day 2 • Exploring the magnificent Angkor Temples by
Bike: This morning you will meet both your specialist temple guide and cycle
guide and be fitted with your bike Today you will focus on the Small Circuit which

features temple greats such as: the pyramid of Takeo, the jungle-clad Ta Prohm

made famous by the Hollywood blockbuster ‘Tomb Raider’; Sras Srang known as

Day 3 • Cycle Roluos and Cruise the Tonle Sap: Today you
pedal east on small trails and through pleasant countryside and small villages on

route to the hilltop Wat Trak temple. After lunch you continue cycling south to the

Roluos group of temples, the oldest of all Angkorian temples. Here you will visit the

temples of Preah Ko, and the pyramid of Bakong. From Roluos you ride back towards

Siem Reap and upon reaching the river you will follow it to the Tonle Sap Lake, the

largest in South East Asia! On arrival at Siem Reap port you will board a boat and

cruise to see the traditional floating village of Chong. After your cruise you return to

Day 4 • Cycle Banteay Srei & the Grand Circuit: This
morning you spin north towards Banteay Srei. On route you will stop
off at a couple of villages to get a closer look at the wooden stilted
homes and every day life. On arrival at Banteay Srei you will be struck by
its delicate beauty. You will have lunch at a local restaurant, after which
you cycle back towards Siem Reap, and depending on the time explore
some of the temple on the Grand Circuit such as: Preah Khan
or ‘Sacred Sword’, one of the largest temples at Angkor; Neak
Pean surrounded by fountains and ponds; and Banteay

  East Asia’. During our time here, we visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai, we then climb up to the top of mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of

 the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. From there, we explore the Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textile

 Day2 • Luang Prabang - Pakou - Luang Prabang: Today, we enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong
    with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. We then embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a breathtaking view

       of the tranquil countryside as well as explore the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by

          pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine. On return, we take a short drive to Ban Phanom, a small village known for its hand

                    Day3 • Luang Prabang – Khouangsi waterfall: An optional early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning rituals of
                        saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms (ubiquitous sticky rice) from the faithful residents. From there you will visit the morning Phosi Market. Today you will visit

                             local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, Hmong Village, Ban Ou, Laoloum Village and Ban Thapene, Khmu Village, then drive to the beautiful Khouangsi

                                 Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the turqoise pools or walk along the forest trails. After returning to Luang Prabang by late afternoon, we

Museum (close Tuesday) at the former Royal Palace. The National Museum and the Central Market

XiengKhouang is a province located in the northeast of the country which was heavily bombed

Day 4 • Xiengkhouang – Vientiane: Following breakfast at Hotel, we transfer out
to visit the Plain of Jars, an impressive archaeological site encompassing hundreds of large stone

jars scattered throughout the plateau. In the afternoon there will be time to see the old capital of

Muang Khoun Province and its’ nearby villages which are home to the Hmong hill tribe and Tai

Dam. We then board our short flight to the charming and fascinating Lao capital Vientiane. On

arrival we check in to the hotel. After short rest, we will visit the Morning Market and the weaving

Day 5 • Vientiane – City Tour: After breakfast, we see the major sights of the capital;
including the oldest Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the

former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image.

On the way to Lao’s national precious heritage, the famous and sacred structure of That Luang

Stupa, we stop enroute to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well

known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. In the afternoon we transfer out to see the Buddha

Park, a scattered enchanting collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures on the Mekong Riverside

meadow, close to the Friendship Bridge. A spectacular view of over the Mekong River at sunset is

Day 1• Arrival – Luang Prabang: On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to the hotel by our transportation. Luang Prabang is
perhaps the best-preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. After a short rest, we begin cycling to some of the major sights in this faboulous city, including

the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun, the shrine of Wat Aham and the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene. We visit these sights as well as the magnificent Wat

Xiengthong. A visit to Luang Prabang would be incomplete without ascending 329 steps to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred,

gilded stupa and to enjoy a beautiful sunset view of the city and its glowing reflection on the Mekong River. From there we experience the hustle and bustle

Day2 • Luang Prabang – Tad Sae: After breakfast, we set off on our full day cycling tour. We head south of Luang Prabang, on route 13, passing
by various local villages while enjoying splendid mountain and unspoiled forest scenery. Our biking route is approximately 18 kilometres on well-paved

roads and 1 kilometre on unpaved dirt roads to Ban An, towards Tad Sae. On arrival, we take a small long tail motoraxi downstream on the Nam Khan River,

passing stunning soft green mountains and observing the local activities at various small villages on our way, the rapids of the river make this journey more

enjoyable. En route we stop at Tad Sea, a large beautiful waterfall which is cascaded in the forest with a cool natural swimming pool.We will enjoy a picnic lunch

overlooking the waterfall on a Sala terrace. After lunch, we continue our boat trip downstream to retrace the tomb of the French explorer Henri Mouhot. Your

bike will be ready at the local pier near Ban Phanom for our journey back to Luang Prabang. We take a alternative route back to Luang Prabang, riding through

and stopping over at the well-known of village weaving of Tai Lue. We then ride to Luang Prabang by the late evening, to enjoy a short guided cycling tour in

Day3 • Luang Prabang – Biking to Pak Ou Caves: This morning, we head northbound from Luang
Prabang. After approximately 22 kilometres of smooth cycling and a further 3 kilometres on rough roads, we reach the village

of Ban Pak Ou. After enjoying a picnic lunch surrounded by picturesque countryside, we cross the Mekong River to Pak Ou and

Thamting Caves, located on the Mekong riverbank. We visit the interesting and mysterious Pak Ou Caves, which are two linked

caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by devoted pilgrims. We

then embark on a traditional boat downstream the Mekong River with our bicycles. On the way, we stop at the village of Ban

Xanghai. Our next stop will be at Wat Long Khoune, a royal family temple patronage, Sakkarine Caves and Ban Xieng Mene, a

traditional pottery kiln village. We cross Mekong and overland at local boat pier. Overnight in Luang Prabang (B, L,D)

waterfall, water tumbles over multi tiered limestone formations into cool and crystal clear turquoise

pools, surrounded by lush forests, ideal for anyone seeking an enjoyable escape when the heat becomes

unbearable. You can take a refreshing dip or stroll around the unspoiled natural forests. After we visit the

Day 03 • Ha Long - Ha Noi: We embark 5-hour boat trip to visit the bay with emerald water and Surprising cave full of stalagtites and stalagmites. We take photos of dog

Day 04 • Ha Noi Departure: OPT 1: free shopping till transfer to airport for departure flight. (B)
OPT 2: We drive to Tam Coc - 110km south of Hanoi for 2hours boat ride along fantastic rock formation. We have lunch with local speciality of grilled goat meat before visiting the old

ACT 20 • HUE - DA NANG - HOI AN - MY SON (5 DAYS)
Day 01 • Da Nang Arrival: On arrival, pick up and transfer to local restaurant for lunch. We then proceed to Hue - the old capital of Vietnam 1802 – 1945 via scenic Hai
Van passs. We arrive in Hue around 4 PM. If time permits we would take boat ride on romantic Perfume river. We then have dinner at local restaurant.

Day 02 • Hue Imprial Tour (B/L/D): We visit the Citadel and the Purple Forbidden City. This royal residence was all but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive.
However it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins. 30 minutes show of folk royal music and dance at the renovated royal theater would be one of the highlights of the tour.

We then proceed to beautiful Thien Mu pagoda, Dong Ba market where you can buy charming “Bai Tho conical hat” made by skillful locals. Lunch in the local restaurant.

We drive to visit King Tu Duc’s tomb - the tomb of oriental architecture and Khai Dinh’s one beautiful mixture of oriental and western architecture. “Ho Quyen” or tiger arena is

what you should not miss as you cant find the second one in southeast asia.

Tonight we will experience memorable royal dinner with typical local cuisines which were for Kings and their parties only. In here, You will dress up like Kings, Queens,

concubines, princess, etc.

Day 03 • Hue - Hoi An (B/L/D): After breakfast, we drive to Hoi an to via Hai Van tunnel - the biggest one in southeast asia which was opened to traffic in 2005.
Upon arrival in Da nang, we visit The Charm Museum, where is home to Vietnam’s largest collection of Cham treasures, Non Nuoc stone carving village before proceeding to

Hoi An. Lunch in Hoi An.

In the after noon we embark touring the charming little town to visit the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, Old house of Tan Ky, Hokkien communal hall, Trading museum.

Then free for shopping. Hoi An is famous for cheap good clothes which are made overnight. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 04 • Hoi An - My Son (B/L/D): After breakfast, we drive to My Son holly land which used to be the sacred area of the old Cham people. The area was
unknown to the local people until the end of 19 century. The complex has been damaged by the passage of time, ignorance of human being both on purpose and by

accident but is till worth visiting. We drive back to Hoi An for lunch.

After noon you are free at leisure on the beach or go shopping in the charming little town.

Day 05 • Hoi An Departure (B): After breakfast, you have short time for packing your stuff to be ready for flight home. At 8h45 transfer to Da Nang airport for
flight home
