JCNC CONVERSION GUIDELINES FOR AUDIO, VIDEO, BOOKS AND ARTICLES INTO ELECTRONIC MEDIA (7.7)

OBJECTIVE:
To define and develop Conversion Guideline for audio, video, books and articles into Electronic media of the Jain Bhawan for the Jain Cent er of Northern California.
SCOPE:
1. This guideline covers CONVERS ION OF audio, Video, Books and articles into am electronic media.
CONVERSION TO ELECTRONIC MEDIA GUIDELINES:
1. Conversion Guideline to Electronic media: Web Master and/or Audio/Video System Administrator are responsible for following the guidelines for conversion of any books, articles, audio and videotapes into am electronic media. Vice-president of Technology will ensure that what type of material will be converted int o electronic media and will keep a running log of what has been converted. Vice-president of Technology will also ensure that all convert ed materials will be kept in the JCNC Library at the Jain Bhawan.

APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. The vice-president of Technology of JCNC will approve what materials will be converted from the books, articles, audio and video into Electronic media.
