Helen Brown & Don Wark BOOKS WANTED FOR THE BAZAAR Please drop off new or gently used books for the Bazaar at the back of the church after all the masses. If it is not convenient for you to leave them at the back of the church, please place them on the Parish Center porch, in the corner near the mailbox, where they will be protected from the weather. Please do not put books for the bazaar in the “Got Books” bin. Books for the bin are the books too well used for the bazaar and are part of the recycling program. GRANDMA’S ATTIC Please bring your un-wanted items to the rectory. Please NO AIR CONDITIONERS, NO REFRIGERATORS AND NO TVS. Deadline for drop-off or pick-up is September 17, to give us time to set up the tables. No more clothes for this year’s bazaar, please. Please remember that ours is a strong and active parish. Your stewardship will help meet our offertory goal and will continue our role in providing spiritual leadership throughout the parish and religious community. 2007 Catholic Appeal Update Giving in Faith, Giving with Love Thank you to all supporters of the 2007 Catholic Appeal. Our parish has raised $11,251 from 89 households, reaching 90.0 percent of our parish goal of $12,500. If you have not yet given, please consider a gift today and help us meet our goal. Remember, our parish will receive 25 percent of all funds we raise above our goal. So each gift has the potential to increase parish revenue while still supporting the ministries funded by the Catholic Appeal. You can pick up information packets with pledge forms in the back of the church to be mailed in, or for more information please visit www.BostonCatholicAppeal.com or call 617-779-3700. Thank you.
