SOPHOMORE FITNESS GOAL- SETTING CARD
As part of getting back to school this year, you will be evaluating yourself on the fitness tests that we take each May in our All-School
Fitness Testing. This will be done to help you assess where you presently stand, and more importantly, help you to set realistic goals
for next spring. You and your teacher will agree on realistic goals, and set up a plan for reaching them. Good luck!

This card will count for the 20% skill test component of the grading of this Orientation Unit. It will be judged on effort and
thoughtfulness used in the goal-setting process. There will be another 20 points from a 20 item quiz on the fitness tests. The
remaining 60% will be from the usual Quality Participation Points.
